Weird hotel

It was clean and excellent location

Cons:

Lady at check in at 1.30am after 7 hour flight delay and missing our connection flight was not friendly at all and reluctant to be accommodating.
I stayed with my daughter and her fiend and was shocked to see condom supply with cotton buds!
Such a weird vibe hotel. Dark and dingy looking. Hallways are dark also. Would never stay again.

Pros:

Exzellentes Frühstück. Allerdings nicht im (hohen) Preis enthalten. Das Bett war zu schmal, hier hatte es ein Versehen gegeben. Nach einer Reklamation hat man uns großzügig entschädigt. Die Lage in der Mitte von SoHo ist großartig. U-Bahn in der Nähe, ein großartiges Restaurant im Haus und weitere sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Über die Hotelpreise in New York kann man lange philosophieren. Sie sind für deutsche Verhältnisse unfassbar hoch.

Not a good experience
Pros:

Cons:

The heat was not working and my daughter and I slept in coats. Restaurant waiters did not know the ingredients in their food and rather than finding out they lied that the ingredient was not in the dish which was a lie. No one helped with luggage not a good guest experience.

Very nice overall, discrete.
Pros:

Location staff, cleanliness

Cons:

Peope coming back late at night at talking loudly in the corridors of the hotels. The room are well sound-insulated but not the door so guests coming back late can actually wake you up.

Emplacement top. Proche de tout le sud Manhattan

Cons:

Ancien hôtel qui accuse son âge avec un personnel assez désinvolte : absence de chauffage dans la chambre ( il gelait à ces dates ) et à notre réclamation on nous propose d envoyer un technicien qui ne résoud rien … après 2 nuits sans chauffage j exige de changer de chambre : on me donne une chambre plus grande avec supplément !!! Mais toujours pas de chauffage….. je réclame et on me propose enfin un chauffage électrique à placer en chambre !!!! Invraisemblable
Je précise que le hall / bar ? est également non chauffé !!!
Je considère que c est inadmissible on m’a fait payer une chambre plus chère sans raisons !! Donc allez ailleurs en hiver ( en été aussi d ailleurs , il y a mieux dans le secteur )

Très bon hôtel, très cosy, calme, en plein Soho
Pros:

Ambiance très cosy en plein SoHo
Excellente literie
Le restaurant Sartiano’s et sa très très bonne cuisine italienne (un peu bruyant surtout le week-end)

Cons:

Chauffage minimum dans la chambre très bon hotel
