My new favorite in nyc
Pros:

From Tom on the overnight shift at the front desk to the day team as well (including the trainee with the glasses) everyone at the hotel was warm, helpful and kind. Sure, the rooms aren't huge, but how many suitcases do you bring anyway? The location can't be beat, and I love the fact the hotel name is nowhere to be found from the street.

Pros:

The location one of the best parts of this hotel. You are steps away from luxury shops and restaurants. You have access to Zero Bond and a speak easy bar (located in the basement). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the space was pretty good.

Hotel room has no real window to the outside
The music from the bar downstairs was blasting late into the night preventing us to sleep
Very expensive hotel for such a low quality
At least either reduce your prices or offer a better service for such a cost

Great hotel. Very clean and safe. Staff is amazing, very attentive, super helpful and accommodating. Shout out to Travis (Concierge) for all his help in celebrating my birthday. You did an amazing job!
Definitely would stay here for every trip to NYC!

The Mercer is worth it

Absolutely beautiful hotel in the best location in Soho! Excellent customer service, our room was well sized with beautiful views and all the amenities were there. Restaurant was amazing!
