Dass uzum Frühstück nicht genug Plätze waren und das Personal nicht selbständig reagiert hat.

Der Kosmetikspiegel im Bad ist super, aber die Lichtverhältnisse dazu taugen nichts.

Gebucht war Comfort Einzelzimmer
Der Empfang durch einen Herren mit blonden Haaren an der Rezeption, ich bekam eine Karte , ging in das Zimmer im dritten Stock: es war belegt! Ich habe als Gast also den Schlüssel (eine Keycard) für ein fremdes, belegtes Zimmer erhalten und hätte es tatsächlich ausräumen können.
So etwas geht gar nicht! Als ich das dann bei der Rezeption sagte, lachte man nur drüber, ha, ha, dann ist man wohl in der Zeile verrutscht. Man hat das tatsächlich als witzig angesehen.
Ich als Gast hätte das, wäre es mein Zimmer gewesen, nicht so witzig gefunden.

Ich bekam dann ein freies Zimmer direkt im Durchgang des Eingangs zur Rezeption, eingekeilt zwischen Fahrstuhl und Küche!
Abends hörte man die Küchenvorbereitungen, das Schneiden auf den Brettern, das Klappern des Geschirrs und der Schränke, die lauten Unterhaltungen der Küchenmitarbeiter, das Lärmen der anreisenden und anderen Gäste im Gang.
Morgens ging es dann um 6:00 Uhr los, der Mitarbeiter am Empfang rief und lachte quer über den Empfangsflur, wo sich diese Zimmer im Eingangsbereich befinden, unterhielt sich in extremer Lautstärke direkt vor meiner Zimmertür (gegenüber war noch ein anderes Zimmer) mit einer Mitarbeiterin in der Küche. Man hatte das Gefühl, das Bett steht in der Küche des Hotels.

Unfassbar, dass ein Hotel so ein Zimmer seinen Gästen überhaupt anbietet.

Zudem: in diesem Zimmer, die Nr. 11) scheint ab ca. 23 Uhr abends und morgens ab circa 5:00 Uhr ein Flutlicht Bewegungsmelder ins Fenster, dessen Helligkeit vom Vorhang nicht abgehalten werden kann. D.h. das Zimmer ist kurz hell, dann dunkel, dann hell, dann dunkel.
Das Bett des Zimmers ist eingebaut in eine Nische. Die Länge des Bettes (ich bin 1,76 ) ist für jemanden, der mal auf dem Bauch schlafen möchte, viel zu kurz. Ich stieß an das Brett am Fußende und hatte am Kopf eine Handbreit Platz. Wie machen das größere Personen?
Waschbecken dieses Zimmers in Größe eines Handwaschbeckens, aber das wäre noch ok.
