Pros:

Schlicht, aber sehr sauber, super ruhige Zimmer, gut gedämmte Flure, auch nachts anreisende / zurückkehrende Gäste haben sich rücksichtsvoll verhalten, so dass man weiterschlafen konnte, gemütliche Betten, saubere Bäder, leckeres Frühstück und: super freundliches, sehr umsichtiges und hilfsbereites Personal, Extrawünsche wie Parkgarage, Buchungswechsel, Urlaubsverlängerung etc. einfach freundlich ansprechen, das Personal hilft, womit es nur kann.

Cons:

Es war alles prima.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Ist super gelegen, nur 2 Minuten von der Bushaltestelle und Mitten in Altona.

Cons:

Mein Fenster hat direkt auf die Balkone der Nachbarhäuser gezeigt, eine Tüllgardine wäre gut gewesen, da ich so das Fenster ungerne geöffnet habe (es war Sommer).

.. haus einer bekannten hotelkette am rande vom szene.stadtteil altona; die zimmer zum hinterhof sind angenehm ruhig; badezimmer nach weltweitem b&b-standart; fahrräder können in der tiefgarage abgestellt werden; vielfältiges frühstück - auch mit veganen aufstrichen; offene helle athmosphäre im frühstücksraum: wer‘s ruhiger haben möchte sollte anti-zyklische zeiten zum frühstücken wählen - zum zeitpunkt unseres besuchs war echt beherztes- und stimmungsfrohes personal im dienst..

Cons:

Leider der Preis. Denke aber mal das ist dem Wochenende geschuldet. Helene Fischer und Schlager Move. Da erhört man die Preise. Werde es aber vergleichen und nochmal ein Feedback geben.

Mein Aufenthalt bei Ihnen hat mir insgesamt gut gefallen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war vielfältig und ausreichend. Wir waren zu Viert mit E-Bikes angereist. Dafür hatten wir Fahrradständer in der Tiefgarage, die waren soweit in Ordnung.

Cons:

Besser hätte sein können, dass zum Aufladen der Akkus direkt an den Fahrradständern Steckdosen vorhanden gewesen wären. Ich hatte ein Leih-E-Bike und konnte den Akku nicht ausbauen. Aber eine Mitarbeiterin hat mir weitergeholfen.
