Völlig überfordertes Hotel bei Vollbelegung
Pros:

Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr nett und sehr bemüht. Die Zimmer waren funktional ausgestattet und sauber. Das Buffet sah gut aus, wir konnten aber nicht so lange warten um es zu probieren.

Cons:

Es konnte kein Tisch zum Frühstück reserviert werden. Um 9:30 Uhr stand eine Schlange vor dem Buffet bis ans Ende der Lobby, die Wartezeit war sicher über 15 Minuten. Bei der Ankunft gab es keinen Kaffee aus dem Automaten mehr weil er leer war und keiner nachfüllen konnte, da nur eine Person vor Ort war. Diese hat sich wirklich bemüht aber kann sich auch nicht teilen. Die Toilettenspülung im Zimmer hat am Morgen den Geist aufgegeben, leider gab es auch hier kein Personal für eine Reparatur.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Hamburg
Pros:

Wir hatten ein 4-Bett-Zimmer für zwei Nächte gebucht, ohne Frühstück. Das Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen, das Hotel ist gut mit S-Bahn und dem Bus erreichbar. Im Wohngebiet gegenüber ist ein super Sushi-Restaurant.

Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt🥳
Pros:

Von der Buchung über das einschecken bis zum auschecken war alles super👍
Die Lage man konnte alles gut erreichen. Das Zimmer war toll das Frühstück war lecker und sehr ansprechend zubereitet. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Wenn man keinen Parkplatz im Parkhaus bekommen kann, weil es ausgebucht ist, weisen die Mitarbeiter freundlich darauf hin, dass man rund um das Hotel in den Nebenstraßen frei parken kann.
2 Minuten zu Fuß ein großes Kaufland mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Bus fährt fast vorm Hotel. Man kommt also überall, auch ohne Auto voran. Wir würden das Hotel weiter empfehlen und wir würden auch selber jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke für den netten Aufenthalt.

Pros:

Unser Ziel war es, ein Musical zu besuchen, und das Hotel lag zwei Haltestellen vom Konzertsaal entfernt.

Cons:

Gegenüber von uns wohnten Raucher, was uns Unannehmlichkeiten bereitete.
Das Zimmer war sehr klein, weshalb man sich kaum darin bewegen konnte. Sehr hellhörig.
