Felt that the hotel was not clean because there were cockroaches in the room

Would stay there again!
Pros:

The staff were really friendly and tried to meet all our needs. The bed was very comfortable and the desk was adequate for working on. Shower worked well.

Cons:

Had to pay to hire a second pillow! That was unexpected.

Affordable if you want a short stay of a day or 2
Pros:

Interior and exterior need a new paint. Toilet amenities a little poor . Fittings in toilet bolts and nuts need tightening .

Got an iron delivered but no ironing board . There were at least 4 tapes around the cable, and wire were exposed and may caused danger ?

For the price, cannot complaint but would pay a little more for that extra comfort. Will not be back unfortunately .

Pros:

The staff was nice though they couldn't speak good English but still tried to help. The breakfast was sent to the room (don't know if it was because of fasting) and the quality and quantity was good.

Cons:

There was mold in the bathroom and hand shower. The mattress beside the window was stained.

Pros:

I dont find anything I like from this hotel. My overall experience is disappointing

Cons:

Need to move to another room at almost 11 pm since AC was not working and bed linen was dirty and splattered with red dots(?) even before I used it. The staffs were super-slow to respond as this problem was reported before 9 pm. There was time i called to the reception, the call was picked up but the receptionist was ignoring me. I can hear him talk to another guest in the background. Room service is bad, not following instruction. Early morning there was incessant, loud beeping in the corridor (something is malfunctioning) waking me up, again staff was so slow to respond, I can't fall back to sleep before they fix it. Overall bad experience and does not recommend. Please for your peace of mind, save your time book another hotel instead.
