Es ist gar nicht erst zu einem Aufenthalt gekommen. Einem Datenfehler in der Buchung folgte ein sofortiger freundlicher Kontakt mit der Bitte um Kulanz (nicht Erstattung) bei der Umbuchung auf ein ohnehin teureres Zimmer am anderen Tag . Der Bitte wurde nicht nur nicht stattgegeben (kann man nicht erwarten), sondern sie wurde derartig rotzig abgewiesen, dass von dem behaupteten Ziel der Kundenzufriedenheit wirklich nicht die Rede sein kann.

Das Geschäft ging an die Konkurrenz (bei äußerster Zufriedenheit und Weiterempfehlung) und es wird auch in Zukunft keinen Versuch mehr geben, eine Übernachtung in einem Haus dieser Kette wahrzunehmen. Verlorene Chance.

Pros:

I only stayed at the hotel for a few minutes due to its poor quality and then left. Therefore, I’m unable to provide a proper assessment.

Cons:

The hot water was not working, the bathroom was not cleaned adequately, and the air conditioning was very noisy. The hotel staff were not very friendly or welcoming. I only stayed at the hotel for about two to three hours, just long enough to arrange another accommodation. It ended up costing me a loss of €90. I would never return to this hotel.
