Very rude reception host.

This is my first time I’m putting a bad review because everybody can have a bad day but this was on another level.

I arrived at the hotel at April 4th at 00:30 at night, and when I get to the room, the window in my room is open (it was very cold outside). I didn’t have breakfast included but when I woke up, I went downstairs and nobody was in the reception or breakfast area, so after waiting for 5 min, I start grabbing breakfast and a blonde woman came and I tell her that I didn’t have breakfast included but I would like to pay for it. She responded very rudely and said “you have to wait”, I responded, telling her that I waited for 5 min and nobody was there. She asked me if I have parking (yes) so paid for it, she didn’t tell how much was my total (Breakfast and parking) and acted very rudely throughout all the process to the point that I ask for a complain form. She told me “ Do you want to have breakfast or no?” So she didn’t give it to me after asking for it.

Bequemes Bett, Zimmer ausreichend groß, schöne Farben im gesamten Hotel , ruhige Gegend ( wahrscheinlich an BVB Heimspielen nicht ), gute Lage zu einigen Veranstaltungsorten.

Das bei dem Frühstücks Büfett auch an Vegetarier gedacht wird.

Cons:

Auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz fürs Parken 15 Euro verlangt werden und dieses habe ich bei der Buchung nirgends angegeben wird!

Für kurze Aufenthalte in jedem Fall zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage zur Messe und zum Stadion ist top. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett.

Cons:

Das Parken kostet pro Tag 15€. Das Bad roch unangenehm. Die Zimmer sind relativ hellhörig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war überschaubar und der Platz eher klein gehalten.
