Die Lage, das Essen, auch für später Kommende wurde immer aufgefüllt, die Freundlichkeit des Personals, wir hatten zweimal ein Problem, um das sich umgehend gekümmert wurde.
Bequeme Betten, Kühlschrank im Zimmer, Größe des Zimmers, große Dusche, W LAN funktionierte top,

(Hatte ich noch nie), kein Restaurant oder Bar, wo man abends noch sitzen kann, Fernseher etwas speziell, zeigt viele deutsche Programme, es kommen mit viel Mühe 4,

Un ritorno al passato al prezzo di oggi

Vicino alla spiaggia.

Cons:

La stanza al piano sotto la piscina con vista muro: la peggiore camera dell'albergo. Priva di tende semitrasparenti: si doveva tenere chiuse le tende scure notturne, la camera era sempre al buio. Colazione e cena fatte in economia con poca varietà. Il buffet era sistemato in modo da rendere difficile i movimenti: tutto l'ambiente risultava rumoroso e affollato. L'aspetto estetico ricordava le pensioni degli anni ottanta in riviera romagnola ma senza la qualità del loro cibo. Il parcheggio non era disponibile.

Bra hantering av Booking.com, men hotellets bemötande drog ner helhetsupplevelsen.

Booking.com tog ansvar när utlovade faciliteter saknades och hanterade ärendet professionellt med rimlig kompensation.

Cons:

Hotellets bemötande när vi påtalade brister var otrevligt och avvisande, vilket inte är acceptabelt mot betalande gäster.

Az Europalace Maspalomas egyik legjobb fekvésű szállodája, szinte minden ablaka az óceánra néz. A családommal két nyolcadik emeleti lakosztályt kaptunk, a kilátás gyönyörű volt. A szálloda nagyon tiszta, a szobákat kérésre takarítják akár naponta. Az ételek sokfélék, változatosak és ízletesek voltak. A személyzet barátságos, segítőkész. Elutazásunk reggelén taxit rendeltek nekünk, becsomagoltatták a reggelinket. Ez egy háromcsillagos hotel, ezt tudtuk, amikor foglaltunk. És a háromcsillagos színvonalat kissé talán felül is múlja. Ár/érték arányban kifejezetten jó. Aki tehát négycsillagos szolgáltatást vár, az négycsillagos szállodában foglaljon szobát, ami persze jóval drágább.

Az ágy kissé csúszkált, de nem volt vészes.

Pros:

The room was perfect – spacious and comfortable. Although there was no air conditioning, a large fan provided a good alternative. All rooms have a sea view, which was absolutely stunning. The room also included a fairly well-equipped kitchen, so it was possible to cook. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent: rich, varied, and delicious, with plenty of dishes to try at the buffet. They even had lactose-free milk at breakfast. The beach was right next to the accommodation.

Cons:

The only thing we missed was free Wi-Fi in the room, but it was available around the reception area.

Da lässt es sich gut Ferien..
Pros:

-Gute Lage sofort am Sand-Strand,
-geräumiges Zimmer, Balkon mit Pool-und Meerblick und Sonne den ganzen Tag, (im Januar ein Genuss)
-üppige Frühstücke und abwechslungsreiche Abendessen mit viel Salatarten und mehreren Auswahlmöglichkeiten (Fisch, Fleisch, Pastas, Gemüsen, un fettige Pommes.. )
-bequemes Bett, einfaches aber gutes Sofa, 2 Sessel
-viele Steckdosen
-Pool und Sonnenterrasse

Cons:

-zu viel alles in Weiss, wenig Farbe im Zimmer und Hotelkomplex
-keine TV vom Bett aus
-Diskogedudel vom Nachbarhotel ( ok 22.30 war immer Schluss:-)
