Pros:

Service de restauration à même l’hotel bon. Station thermale bien aussi. L’accès à l’hotel, le stationnement et les services sont faciles.

Manque d'entretien, cheveux dans la salle de bain et dans la douche, poussière aparente depuis longtemps sur le tapis, tablette au dessus du lavabo est tellement longue qu'on ne peu se rincer la bouche au dessus du lavabo, le pire WiFi, le pire cable, on entend tout ce qui ce passe dans le corridor... Et... 50$ de plus que le Westin du Dix30 une semaine avant !!! Wow !

Malheureusement ce samedi une soirée au chapiteau au Belvédère et la musique forte nous rendait le sommeil difficile. Nous avions une chambre vue sur le fleuve donc payé plus chère.

Tout était bien à l’exception qu’il manquait une chaise sur le balcon et qu’il avait une grande toile d’araignée que j’ai eu en plein visage en sortant sur la terrasse. La chambre était impeccable! Très propre et confortable
