La ducha el faucet estaba muy pequeno para una remodelacion se puede poner mejor calidad...pero la construccion de toda la instacion muy muy vieja y para resolver esta buena pero no para 300 dolares una noche

We loved the sounds and being waterfront. We loved that it is a small resort. The rooms arent fancy but they are big and clean. They are dog friendly and have a great pool.
We had to switch hotels after a bad experience- Gulf View was terrific- easy online check in with a door code made for a smooth arrival. Room was really clean and bed was comfy. Great Kitchenette feature. Pool is clean and warm! Lots of green space complete with cornhole and other fun including a boat ramp. We will definitely stay here when we are back in Marathon!
Sat May 30 we checked in to room 13 for 1 night. We had no previous stays at any other hotel/motel.
We woke up the next morning itching and thought it was from mosquitoes.
My wife had allergic reaction and went to urgent care monday to find out we were bitten so many times by bed bugs. I've tried calling several numbers for this hotel and still unable to find a corporate number that I can speak to. So I'm giving up on recouping my $900 doctor bill that includes shots and medication for my wife. The next miserable week of medication was not worth any money.
Other than that, the litchi tree out front had very good fruit.
From the welcome at check in everything was lovely…. Great room… pool… etc
Would definitely stay again!
I cannot recommend Gulf View
Waterfront Resort enough! From the moment we arrived, the GM Cameron
went out of his way to ensure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. Their friendly, hands-on approach truly set the tone for our entire stay. Sandra was part of the cleaning staff and kept the room spotless.
The location in Marathon suited our travel needs perfectly. My husband was here to fish the bridges and I was here to relax in a hammock and read. Being right on the water offered beautiful views, and great sunsets. Our room came with a stocked kitchen, which was a bonus and made preparing our breakfast or lunch. We will be back!!

Great spot in marathon key. Restaurants close by really nice pool. But the biggest plus is the staff … you have to meet Sandra she was so welcoming, pleasant, and professional from the moment we rolled in Any business would be lucky to have her.
Cute little place with a pretty view and lots to do. Enjoyed my stay. Receptionist recommended the Sunset Grill. Was thee best food. Would definitely stay again.
Cute little spot in Marathon. We traveled with a group of 20 people and had the best time. Kids and adults enjoyed the pool and kayaks. Rooms are older but just what we needed. Staff is super friendly and very helpful.

Very cute quaint property. Super comfy bed. Full kitchen. I wish I could have stayed longer. Nice hammocks and sunset view right out back. Parking directly outside your room.
