It was a nice stay except for the kitchen area in my room
Pros:

It was ok room was not very clean.
The stove in the room did not work correctly and it was very dirty. I had to clean it before using it. The kitchen supplies was dirty

Cons:

We had no hot water in the shower , nobody on site to help us with our issues. Called and the person who answered had no clue about anything .

It was clean and comfortable, and loved the beachfront location.
Pros:

The location on the beach was great. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower gave a strong spray.

Cons:

The property is dated and the air conditioning units need updating as the one above us leaked water that dripped down onto our balcony leaving a green molded trail.

Decent place right on the beach.
Pros:

Great location! Staff was nice and accommodating.

Cons:

Our 2nd time here, and the room seemed to be refreshed with new paint and updated bathroom. However, the side facing the beach could be kept more clean: there were some debris scattered about, weeds where there shouldn’t have been, and outdoor pool closed, which was a shame really.

Location is great! Balcony for every room. Room was clean!.

Cons:

The pool was dirty. I've stayed here several times but this was the worst stay ive had.The pool was visibly dirty with flies and sand. Wading through the pool I had long hands tangle In my fingers. Some issues may not be their fault being the outdoor pools are no longer there. And maybe there was an issue with the filter system but they wanted to keep it open.

We are pleased overall the locations of the property but not the way the balconies.

JUST THE LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY

PET OWNERS, PLEASE BE CAREFUL! 🐾

The partition between the balconies is NOT completely closed off, especially if you’re traveling with pets! 🚨

There is enough space underneath/around the partition where some pets may be able to crawl, squeeze through, or pass into the next-door balcony. 😳🐶🐱 - REMEMBER is not SECURE!

🐾 Safety first—our fur babies depend on us!

Overall our stay wasn’t bad it had it good and bad but was over all a good trip
Pros:

The location was nice and the pool and hot tub were great the room was ok it was close to everything

Cons:

Building needed some maintenance like the doors were a little difficult to use and there was no extra lock on the inside of the entrance door that was functional and the bathroom needed some work done the shower head and faucet was loose from the wall and the fact that someone above us decided to pee on there balcony one morning and it came splattering down on our balcony at like 6 am while we were watching the sun come up eww

Pros:

Love it that you walk in the front door and you had a back balcony view of the ocean. You also have your own walkway to the ocean and beach. Beautiful view from the balcony. Photos attached

Cons:

The price was really too high for the room that you get. Even though it was a clean and comfortable room it wasn't that big. A lot of steps to the third floor especially when you have had foot surgery on both feet. Made it a little tougher go up and down. I didn't see an elevator.

Like the fact it was right at the beach

Cons:

The picture on website shows different that actually. Its was too expensive for what we expected. Very small room and bathroom was so tiny, a hill was blocking ocean view when photo showed ocean view. There were some other minor things that can be better with thr price we paid for this...probably never renting again there

There's nothing too like it was horrible.

Cons:

It has no elevator and they put us on the 3rd floor with no way to get our luggage up. Did not return the money for the first night that we didn't stay because it was so dirty.
