Really disappointed-not like the brochure or website
Pros:

The view was great! Location was close enough to everything.

Cons:

After a very long drive, we checked in at 4....we sat outside our room until 4:45-the housekeeper was kind of cleaning while on the phone. The stove is small, the fridge was small. They gave us 3 towels for 2 people staying 6 days. The pillows were flat-had to run to Target to grab a couple. The walls are way thin, we heard EVERYHTING in the rooms around us. The boardwalk was unusable as none of the sand from the last storm had been removed. I really wanted to love my room, but it was only meh.

Bad staff
Pros:

The room was quite spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Good location.

Cons:

I didn't like that there was no staff in the office to handle check-in and check-out, even though it was during their regular business hours. They had you call a phone number where someone guided you through entering your personal information (a photo of your ID and your credit card details) on an unfamiliar website. We didn't like this process at all; it seems unreliable and unsafe to me.
We wanted a copy of the invoice for our stay but couldn’t get one because there was never anyone at the front desk.

Paid for an ocean front room second floor, view was totally obstructed by dunes, nothing like the pics from the room in the ad. Beach was accessible but over the dunes and no accessibility options/elevators.

Other than the noisy people upstairs we had a really nice stay .
Pros:

The room was very clean . Great location and a nice view of the ocean.

Cons:

The people staying above us were way to noisy moving furniture around and stomping around and waking us up at 4;30 am with extreme noise.

Really pretty nice. Not luxury but everything you need. The beach access was really nice.
Pros:

No breakfast but the room had a small kitchen. There were dishes and cooking utensils, and dish soap and sponge, old but usable. Ice machine was good. No elevator but ramps to first floor rooms. No one bothered us, we did ask and get more linens. They should update bed linens, kept coming off. Great beach access. Indoor Pool looked dark and dingy, water was cold. did not use. Nice balcony but dunes were too high for 2nd floor, but that's mother nature for you. If you want to see the beach from your room, get 3rd floor.

Cons:

bed linens. Brooms in each room to sweep the sand but they were not real effective, old and shaggy.

Always a great time.
Pros:

Ideal location, steps to the beach. Pool and hot tub excellent. Quiet establishment. Older hotel, has not been updated in quite sometime, which I actually like. Reminds me of vacations of my youth. Nice to know somethings don't change. I like the familiar.

Cons:

Indoor pool is great , but would be even better if heated.

We do not plan to stay there anymore we had be stayed there for many trips but this will most likely be the last one at

Location is amazing

Cons:

No table in the room the chairs was there but no table, there was no toilet seat cover, no toilet paper holder,hair in the bath tub, commode was very dirty ( they did have housekeeping to come back) bathroom fan did not work to pull steam out of bathroom and was very loud.

DISGUSTING, Don't stay here!

Cons:

This hotel is disgusting! A very old hotel that should be condemned with a new coat of paint over the rusty stairs and nasty interior and exterior walls. We stayed less than 20 minutes onsite. The room SMELLED like stale cigarettes and marijuana. Hotel staff did NOTHING to try and change our room or refund our money. This Hotel should not be listed on Booking.com website!

My oceanfront room was disappointing. Couldn’t see the ocean but vaguely from the side dt a big sand dune! Bed was very uncomfortable and could hear the people upstairs pacing all night long for several nights!
