Pros:

The location on the boardwalk is great. Free parking at the hotel was great. The staff are very nice. We found good restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

I did not request a quiet room. I requested a walk in shower. I chose this place because of the picture on their website. They did not have a king room reserved for me with the walk in shower, even though I booked 2 months ahead. I was very disappointed. The place and staff are nice, but the bathroom was nothing special.

Nicw hotel location but Very unhappy with our room with paying over $700 for 2 nights for an oceanfront room.

Cons:

We booked an oceanfront room to go to Car Cruisin weekend. Once getting to our room #316 we were deeply saddened by the view. The bar blocked the entire boardwalk view which we booked oceanfront to watch the car parade. We called the front desk but was told no other rooms available. Total disappointment and this should have been disclosed when booking or I would have definitely booked another location. Ive stayed here before but this was totally disappointing for our anniversary.

Overall a nice place close to everything. Clean and friendly staff.
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast but always had coffee n tea. N was close to shops. Room service did a good job keeping the room clean

Cons:

Bikes we used could've been in better shape. But overall it was nice.

Great Location
Pros:

Location is excellent, as you can walk to almost everything you need. Bed was very comfortable, room and rest of hotel was very clean. Enjoyed the outside bar. Loved being able to grab a towel and a chair for the beach and not have to lug my own. Staff was friendly and helpful. Did like being able to come and go as we wanted with parking.

Cons:

Not enough outlets near the bed for charging phones. Restaurant in hotel had weird hours. They drained one of the pools on a Friday during Labor Day weekend, which seemed like poor timing. Didn't like being charged for parking on top of paying for hotel room.

Our experience with this hotel was the worst we have ever had, but what was even more disappointing was how we were treated after booking through Booking.com.

We chose this property through Booking.com expecting a reputable platform to stand behind its guests. Instead, we were treated as though our business was an inconvenience, and the basic concept of hospitality seemed completely lost.

A hotel can have beautiful photos and a great listing, but none of that matters when guests are treated without courtesy or respect.

Booking.com should take a serious look at the properties it represents and how those properties treat the customers who book through its platform.

We will never stay at this hotel again, and this experience has made us seriously reconsider using Booking.com in the future.
