Disappointed.
Pros:

Perfect location.

Cons:

Our Lamp nor radio worked. No lighting in the room or outlets by the bed to plug in phones. Rooms need to be updated. Elevator sounds like it was going to drop. My white socks turned black from walking on the carpet. Room didn't have a safe as advertised. The hotel needs some serious updating.

Too short but loved the location and professional friendly staff.

Very friendly front desk staff upon arrival and throughout stay. However brief (arrived Sunday 4:00PM, left Monday 7:30 PM)
Location, location, location!! Ocean front room on the deck. Clean, comfortable and quiet. (Of course, it's March at the beach.

Cons:

Screen door lock was broken, no "Do not disturb" sign in room. Front desk staff provided sign. Did not report broken lock.
Ice machine on 2nd floor inoperable, used the one on the 3rd floor.

i would stay here again, but not on abusy weekend
Cons:

it was a great hotel but we had a terrible stay , .come to find out it was cheer competion . kids were running down the halls and ding dong ditching at 7am in the morning, woke the whole family up.

Mostly a good experience, great view
Pros:

The reservation process was easy enough and the facilities were nice. The only negative experience was when we asked the desk clerk for additional coffee packets. She was rather curt and even rude. We were under the impression that a customer that she was attending to had completed their registration but apparently not because she blurted out that she was still assisting the customer and told us to wait. If she is the manager we probably would think twice before returning.

One of the BEST hotel experiences if not THE best!
Pros:

Great atmosphere, very clean, colorful, great proximity to the boardwalk (just 10 steps from reception desk), board games to borrow and GREAT service! The girl at the front desk went above and beyond for my! I misplaced my vape and called down (after walking out to the beach) to see if it was left at desk and she went as far as to walk out to the boardwalk to look for it for me, asked if they had bottled water I could come down and get instead she brought up a bag with toys waters and coozies for the water! I forgot to bring a t-shirt so I bought one and she knocked $5 off for me! Anytime we needed something she brought it right up. Would def 10/10 recommend!!!!

Exceptional customer service!
Pros:

The customer service at this hotel is wonderful! They are extremely friendly, professional , courteous, and genuinely care. I even found that with the cleaning staff who cleaned my room, and some people even met when I went down to the lobby for their great coffee bar! I want to particularly thank the Latino front desk receptionist, who helped me on my first visit there. I had lost my glasses somewhere in the room and I could not find them anywhere. I let her know when I was checking out, she immediately called somebody in the staff and asked them to look around the room and look around the areas of the hotel, where I had been throughout my visit. Half an hour after I left to get a phone call from her, that they had found my glasses! She took complete ownership of my concern!!!
When I came back for my second stay at their hotel, she remembered me, she remembered my name, and welcomed me back to the hotel!
