Loved the fact that the room we picked included beach chairs and towels! Also it was on the boardwalk....a great location!
I expected garage parking and that was limited.....very limited. I don't think that should be advertised. Keep all the under parking for handicap only!
The location is perfect to the beach and boardwalk. Enjoy the walk out directly to the boardwalk.
Outdated. Pool was gross. Cloudy and a kid puked and they were in no hurry to clean it up.

The pool was a little dirty. A child had thrown up on the side of the pool and they only wiped it up no disinfectant and it was some floating in the pool he didn’t even try to clean
If you want to be on the board walk, you cannot beat the location.
The pillows are absolutely terrible.
I called twice to get extra bath towels and toilet paper and never received them. I had to track down a housekeeper.
I like the location of Park Place on the boardwalk and it's a nice place to stay.
I got an email that said if we checked in at 1:00 to 1:30 they would get my phone number and let me know when our room was ready and I never heard anything from them. When I went to check in they said oh yeah, your rooms been ready. I didn't feel like the front office were very pleasant. We have stayed there a couple of time and have always booked our room through booking.com and for some reason this time they charged me an extra $25.00 for parking, and I was told that I was charged this because of booking my room that way. Feels like I was being punished for using booking. com and was told I should have booked through them directly, so I was not happy about that at all.

The water pressure in the shower was quite low, and when you have beach sand stuck to sunscreen on your legs. . . you're not getting much help

The room was extremely clean, the two complimentary beach chairs were nice! Location to beach was great!
There was a beach tennis tournament going on, with music playing and an announcer that could be heard through our hotel room, even with the balcony door closed. It was pretty loud at times which took away from the peaceful beach experience.

The hotel is extremely clean, especially the common areas & the pool. The staff is very pleasant & always helpful.
Housekeeping usually showed up when we were returning from the beach & trying to take showers & get dressed for dinner.
I liked the location on the boardwalk. Having the option of 2 pools.
I didn't like being charged for parking for my spot. And then being told by the staff not to move my car at night because it's hard to find spaces. But if I'm paying for a spot, that shouldn't be a problem. There was nowhere for my oldest son to park. He was told to park on the street somewhere or pay for parking somewhere else. Every other hotel at the beach has overflow parking. But NOT this one.
