Weight room to be open later, as we got to the hotel late after 10pm from west Edmonton mall and family planned outings- the exercise room was closed!
The staff were amazing and super friendly. Loved the lady that was checking us in,she treated my autistic 4year old son with patience and love. Even bought him alittle toy from the vending machine which made his day! Only thing that i thought needed,was the pool could be alittle warmer but not a deal breaker! Location and everything was perfect. Tha k you for the stay. Cant wait to come back again soon

Rooms were outdated, temp control was a problem when using the wall thermostat as directed to by front desk staff, key cards were not reliable.
Located near facility where we attended an event.
Outdated rooms, frequent issues with key cards not working, AC was not very cool.
