Great team let down by restaurant staff
Pros:

The staff were amazing and very helpful, The property was very clean and there was a great discount on the car park next door. Amazing service, staff available 24/7.

Cons:

The only issue I had was throughout breakfast, the young lady on the till area, ( ginger hair) was very rude no hello or interaction at all, when we arrived for breakfast at 10am there was no food and I asked if anything could be made and only reply I got was " chef busy" then when the food did come out. There was a lot of foreigners in the restaurant who kept taking food by the dozen and again leaving other guests with no choice of eating. Service in restaurant has no control of guests, very untidy in food area around trolleys and coffee machines and did not like the sausages. Restaurant was very poor 2/10

Very close to action but too much traffic noise.
Pros:

The hotel was close to the venue we were going to.

Cons:

The noise from traffic on the M8 motorway and trains arriving and departing from the station below made it difficult to sleep. Even although there was double glazing and heavy curtains. The level of noise was still disturbing. As an older couple in our seventies with hearing much less sensitive than it used to be. We think it will be much worse for younger ears. Also, no late night bar. The reception staff did apologise to be fair.

Acceptable pour une nuit avant de prendre l’avion, mais pas beaucoup plus que ça
Pros:

L’emplacement est bien adapté pour rejoindre l’aéroport, les prix sont assez bas.

Cons:

L’endroit est très vétuste, les chambres ont un agencement assez moyen. Le pire étant que les fenêtres sont exceptionnellement fines et ne filtrent aucun son. Sauf que comme la moitié des chambres (dont la nôtre) donnent sur le grand axe routier, on entend toutes les voitures, les sirènes, les grands bruits d’accélération, comme si les fenêtres étaient ouvertes.

Pros:

Great staff, location. Rooms had good views and sufficient facilities

Cons:

Apparently room requirement was not communicated to the hotel by the website. Also got a lot of random emails through booking.com before arrival.

Pros:

Nothing much but it's ok in servicing customers.

Cons:

The way of cleanliness of the room wchich is not fair because the receptionist told me yesterday that they don't clean the rooms except after four days...it's not ok by me.

Cheap, easy stay but bring earplugs, eye mask and a sedative to sleep well.

Cons:

Hearing people shagging, puking or talking through the paper thin walls. It’s clientele are certainly “salt of the earth”
