Excellent hotel with lively staff
I cannot think of anything
It's great value for money. Especially for how long your going to spend in the room.
The location was excellent, the staff where lovely very friendly and approachable.
The bedding was ill fitting, tv was not working. Shower was cold.
When i complained and the issues where verified by staff. no refund or partial refund even with the large amount of issues with the stay!
The location was fine.
Our room was not serviced until 5 days into our stay. I took the bin to be emptied at reception twice. The lack of handwash and then the lack of shampoo bodywash was not acted on until day 4 by reception staff despite reporting it. I will make a formal complaint about the issues. We had a free breakfast to compensate for all the issues on day 6. The buffet english breakfast was cold. The first time we saw anyone from housekeeping was on day 7 who knocked at 10:15 despite our checkout being extended until 11:00.We were upgraded on arrival to an executivr room. We had a good tv but the coffee machine didn't work.
La proximité du centre ville
Chambre non nettoyé pendant nos 6nuits
The location was convenient and the staff on reception were friendly. Car park just behind was useful and I am sure if I had any needs, they would have been looked after. I didn't go down for breakfast, so can't comment on quality of food or service.
I only expected a basic room for the star rating of the hotel, which is what I got, but it did feel like it could have been a bit more clean. There's hoovering the basics, but then there's forgetting to dust the corners etc. Just that little extra care goes a long way when the room is already bare basics. Also, I understand this is currently a temporary asylum hotel. I have absolutely no issue with the clientele and as a man staying on my own for business purposes, it was fine, but I am unsure younger people, or some solo individuals, would have a relaxing stay, what with the busy reception area, long wait times for lifts due to the amount of clientele getting in and out and the scent of takeaway food throughout the corridors. Additionally there was a Police presence of 3 officers taking statements outside of the revolving doors to reception on the second evening of my stay. This is not a judgement on the clientele or their situation, but the current status of the hotel as an asylum hotel is something I believe people should be made aware of upon booking, IMO. Although I know legally there is no requirement to do so.
It does exactly what you expect, it's a place to sleep, nothing much more.
Great location for town access.
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
A lot of ground works happening outside, so it was very loud in the morning from 8am.
Room was comfortable enough.
£280 for the night and this hotel is obviously used for purposes other than standard tourism & leisure / business travel. This should be made clear when booking.
Nice rooms, comfy. Nice staff
Could have had a hand towel in the bathroom
Location is great
The window did not open, and after a shower the heat of the room was unbearable.
