Appaling mgmt and place. Avoid.

The two ladies at reception trying to help me

Cons:

I booked more than a week in advance and got their confirmation. They chased me to pay, I even called them back as i missed a call for them in the afternoon prior to my arrival and i was told all was OK. Then i arrived late at 22:00 and i was told no room due to a 'technical problem'. A very rude manager kept shouting at me on the phone and I gave up and left. Stranded and paying lots of money to find alternative accommodation, i realised next morning they were adversting the same room for more twice the price next day. With CyberUK driving demand skyrocket you can imagine what the 'technical problem' was. Complete disregard for a customer and no effort to help me from the manager. Only the two ladies at reception helped me at the end get to my alternative accomodatiion. Also the place looked really grubby and run down

Nothing positive to share

Cons:

Room dusty, grubby, smelled of bleach, tiny, no bedside tables and generally worn out furnishing, tv the size of a stamp, tea and coffee facilities very poor, very very basic which was not reflected in price.
got woken by a member of staff even though we booked late check out.
Some Staff not friendly at all.
very noisy as work going on either side of the building.

The only thing decent about it was the location of the building

Cons:

The first room I was given wasn't ready had things all over floor untidy and then gave me room 225 which was NOT acceptable I was repeatedly woken by a humming noise, there was no hot water and the Toilet filled with foam while I left the room for 2hrs

Great team let down by restaurant staff
Pros:

The staff were amazing and very helpful, The property was very clean and there was a great discount on the car park next door. Amazing service, staff available 24/7.

Cons:

The only issue I had was throughout breakfast, the young lady on the till area, ( ginger hair) was very rude no hello or interaction at all, when we arrived for breakfast at 10am there was no food and I asked if anything could be made and only reply I got was " chef busy" then when the food did come out. There was a lot of foreigners in the restaurant who kept taking food by the dozen and again leaving other guests with no choice of eating. Service in restaurant has no control of guests, very untidy in food area around trolleys and coffee machines and did not like the sausages. Restaurant was very poor 2/10

Acceptable pour une nuit avant de prendre l’avion, mais pas beaucoup plus que ça
Pros:

L’emplacement est bien adapté pour rejoindre l’aéroport, les prix sont assez bas.

Cons:

L’endroit est très vétuste, les chambres ont un agencement assez moyen. Le pire étant que les fenêtres sont exceptionnellement fines et ne filtrent aucun son. Sauf que comme la moitié des chambres (dont la nôtre) donnent sur le grand axe routier, on entend toutes les voitures, les sirènes, les grands bruits d’accélération, comme si les fenêtres étaient ouvertes.
