Very disappointed in our stay here, value for money it was not. We won’t be returning any time soon unfortunately.
Pros:

The location was fantastic.

Cons:

Room was dirty, smelled of cigarettes, no air conditioning, bed stained, only one towel.

I would stay away for multiple reasons
Pros:

It was in the middle of Glasgow which is the only good thing

Cons:

Firstly this is used as a migrant hotel we stayed one night with large groups of foreign men urinating outside smoking drugs demanding money from ourselves and other guests, then the room wasn't particularly clean bath had what look like human waste in it. Bed was super hard with only a single pillow when asked for a second I was told we don't have any, then TV had no service no AC a small desk fan in 33c heat extortion prices over £300 per night for what they say is 3* but in reality is much less. Paid breakfast wasn't available when we went down at 1000 construction going on around the entire surroundings of the hotel work starting at exactly 0800 when after going out in Glasgow for an evening of drinking is not exactly welcoming at any point

Extremely overpriced, dirty and had an awful vibe about the place. Would not recommend.
Pros:

Nothing at all.

Cons:

Dirty, small room, no working a/c or even a desk fan. Windows barely opened. Lack of pillows. Little in the way of facilities in the room.

Glad it was only a one night stay
Pros:

The location is great being next to Charing Cross station. It's also only about 20 minutes walk from Glasgow Central. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The room was very basic. Only one bedside table, no shelf in the bathroom, the toiletries consisted of a body / hair wash dispenser in the shower and a hand soap dispenser by the sink. The bar and restaurant were closed for refurbishment but nobody had notified us.

Did the job but would not recommend this hotel at all
Pros:

Not a lot to be fair. The linen was crisp and clean. The towels were soft and fluffy

Cons:

The room smelled of smoke and damp. Toilet was disgustingly needed a thorough clean. TV didn’t work. Not what I’d expected for the price we paid

night away to go to concert
Pros:

it was ok, lots of bread available to make toast I guess

Cons:

black pudding, had ben sitting for a good while, it was brick hard, bacon and fried egg weren't brilliant either, tinned fruit cocktail or frozen fruit( and yes it was still frozen!) was all that was on offer no fresh melon for example was available, it was very blah !
