The room was clean, warm, and ideal for me and my dog.
Pros:

When I first arrived, there was a distinct lack of attention in telling me whereabouts my room actually was!!
I had a key and room number, but no directions.
I ended up phoning someone online, which was not ideal.
However the young man who was in charge of booking in and out, was very apologetic and came to rescue me.

Pros:

We just love the lakes . This was a perfect t spot to see all our usual places . Us what a view of lake Windermere. We went on a boat to bowness something we haven't done in a while . This was the perfect place to do that.

Pros:

It was perfect for two people for one night. Location was great and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

The bathroom is quite small. I wouldn’t suggest bigger people book this size room as it will be a squeeze and awkward to use.
