This hotel is in serious need of complete renovation and upgrade. The rooms are in very bad shape. Cockroaches in the room. Poor plumbing and sanitation. The elevator needs to be replaced. The wifi is spotty. The only good thing about this property is it’s location and accessibility to MRT and businesses in Little India area.

Cockroaches!
There were cockroaches everywhere in the room. We could not keep our food. We informed the reception but they asked us to complain to booking site.
No bellboy or person to carry heavy bags from cab to the rooms on arrival or vice versa while leaving.
There were no remotes provided for TV or AC in the rooms.
Very dusty floor and unclean beds The carpet in the room was never cleaned and was very dusty and dirty. The beds were not made for many days at a stretch.
No room cleaning
There was no room cleaning done, so floor was dusty and the old towels were not collected.
No new towels were provided.
No garbage clean-up There was no housekeeping done for 3-4 days and garbage was not cleaned up.
Our beds were not set for 3-4 days and the bedsheets were not changed for 3-4 days.
Whenever we contacted hotel reception, they always asked us to complain on booking site. They were very rude and abusive.
7min walk from Jalan Besar on Downtown line. On reflection should have chosen a place on a faster line for airport run. Dated building and decor a bit grubby. wifi was ok for laptop, not tablet. food available just outside.
Main problem with internet in 5th floor was very poor, ever minute, it was cut off, after wards, changed the room in to 6 th floor.
We stayed two days very bad stay very dirty old carpet couldn't sleep smelly management is very rude not help full when you go in side you could see the mould in bath room shower curtains need to have a good renovation don't believe on the pictures and I won't recommend to anyone
This property does not look like its picture online. The place had cockroaches crawling when we came back from dinner. The carpets may not have been cleaned for decades so the room stinks. Over all run down and has not been maintained. Worse is that it is advertised as “Singapore clean.” It is not a healthy place to be. Most unforgivable were cockroaches all over, which makes you wonder if other creatures were in or under the bed. We had to check out and book another hotel on the fly. NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE AT ALL
Used toilet Without cleaning was given as it is during check in.
No Wi-Fi, room wasn’t clean.
Best part is I extended the stay for a night/ it was late check out due to my flight was at early morning 3am, on the day of check I requested for late checkout, front desk manager said no sir we are full, I said at least give me at half day charges he said no sir, you can extend with 1 night charges, I said okay to extend. Later in the evening shift got changed and night Duty manager came in said why didn’t you check out this morning, and no none informed me, due F1 week the Hotel per night charges is SGD 600/- he demanded me pay the same, I said no boss, I can’t then he said you should at least SGD 200/- again I said I can’t.
Then he said pay SGD 100 at immediate checkout out at 10pm.
This is case of cheating and harassment. I have visited Singapore more than 10 times for the first time I felt like the hotel tried to cheat and take advantage of the situation.
I strongly recommend to take necessary action.
The room was booked for my guest, the room got bedbugs, request for change room was rejected by counter staff.
Counter staff not helpful, asking abt near by amenities or tour details, the standard reply was "I don't know". The room is very smelly.
Requested for early check-in was not given, when replying to queries was not friendly.
