Pros:

Hotellet er blitt oppgradert med Spa- avdeling! Det var veldig koselig på hele hotellet, og personalet var hyggelig. God mat, og god service gjorde det til et avslappende og hyggelig opphold!

Middagen matchet ikke menyen på hjemmesiden. Det var en billig, enkel, overpriset middag med lite smak. Frokosten matcher heller ikke bildene på nettsiden, og det ble ikke ryddet vekk tallerkener underveis som en forventer av et bedre hotell. Veldig skuffet. Fikk heller ikke kompensasjon for usann markedsføring som var mulig for oss å bruke.

Pros:

Stoppa for å overnatta på veg igjennom Telemark. Fint hotell. God frukost. Reint, ikkje minst.

Cons:

Då eg ringde etter å ha bestilt, var personen i andre enden noko uvyrden, tykte eg (litt nonsjalant, kanskje). Men dette er det einaste eg har å pirka på; og elles var personalet særs hyggelege.

Pulizia stanze, soprattutto moquet non pulita e odore stanza non gradevole. Manca coprimaterasso. Lavandino piccolo senza punti di appoggio. Assenza tappetino bagno.

Deilig opphold, men litt dårlig oppfølging av forespørsel og noe slitte fasiliteter.

God frokost, behagelige senger, mye plass for pengene. Fint basseng.

Cons:

Hadde bedt om seng til baby, fikk stor feltseng. Hotellet hadde ikke reiseseng til baby fikk vi beskjed om når vi ba om å få byttet sengen. Bare flaks at vi hadde med oss i bilen ettersom vi også hadde vært på hyttetur før hotelloppholdet. Ellers litt slitte rom, løse håndklestenger på badet og badedør som ikke kunne låses. Ekstremt varmt i leiligheten/suiten også. Kunne med fordel vært luftet ut før ankomst.
