Cons:

Before checkout at 11, I ventured over to the nearest Laundromat. When I returned around 10 I found that my room had been invaded, and my belongings thrown away. When I found a cleaning lady they kept transfering my belongings from the trash to the next room they were cleaning, no management on staff, they were aggrwsively following me refusinf to return my stuff. I had to call the police, one arrived within 30 seconds and the next a few minutes later. The one who arrived early, dubbed, "Martin" insisted he needed my birth date in order to assist in retrieval of my belongings: needless to stay I won the dispute with my card company.

Criminals.

Moral of the story: don't go to Bend if there is little or no snow- the entire city gets cranky living a normal life.

It's got everything you need in a motel. A good amount of space, a fridge, a microwave, a TV and a bathroom of course. The price is great for what you get and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting.

Absolutely nothing, didn't stay

Cons:

Booked this " pet friendly" room online about 20 miles east of Bend. Paid and was very happy to get a reservation on such short notice. Got there and they DO NOT accept pets ! Would not give me my money back, and if I wanted to get my money back it would be a 65.00 charge for the "paperwork" or whatever. Costly 200 "mistake". Thieves !

Pros:

Found Motel shortly after 8:30 PM, all was dark, doesn't look like the pictures on the website. Short time later light in office came on and I could check in, friendly staff, clean room. This is bare bones, no coffee/breakfast service, no Iron. Check out is 8 AM........
