A disappointing experience
Pros:

Staff were friendly, restaurant was good.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable & sqeaky.
The air conditioner was so noisy we had to turn it off.
Only 1 cup, 1 glass & one seat(poof) in the room.

The worst bed and noisy drunken until 4am

Cons:

The worst bed ever in room 119, if I knew, I would asked another room, old fashion spring mattress, The springs feel like they are moving and possibly broken. The mattress needs to be replaced as it is no longer fit for purpose. Location Very noisy during the night, drunken crowds under the window, didn’t move away until 4am, Staff points auto check in and check out screen, no talk, very strange.

Very over priced for what you get
Pros:

Close to shops and restaurants

Cons:

The air con remote was broken, the TV channels had to be reset as there was no signal. The bed had a big dip in the middle of the mattress. The shower was small and whilst showering the water would intermittently almost stop and have no hot water.

Absolutely great will be visiting again
Pros:

Very well located and easily accessible

Cons:

Only thing I didn’t like was no balcony (was unsure if there’s that option) and no lounge/living area just to chill out as a group (especially as it was raining)
