Pros:

Me encantó la estadía: todo estuvo espectacular y la vista al valle era realmente hermosa. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno, con opciones variadas y de buena calidad.

Cons:

Lo único que no funcionó bien fue la televisión, que perdía la conexión a internet constantemente. quizas... mas opciones de alimentación sería bueno.

Stay here when traveling the Ruta de Vina!
Pros:

The location can’t be beat… right next to four of the better wineries in the area. You could walk to them!

A 5 minute Uber ride to EVERYWHERE in town!

The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are huge, and the beds were super comfortable!

Lindo y cómodo, pero le falta mejorar en gastronomía y rapidez.

Cons:

La comida no es buena y es muy cara para lo que es. En la terraza solo ofrecen cosas para tomar: no hay tablas de quesos ni nada. Eso deberían mejorar para que el servicio sea completo. Gracias!

Es el lugar ideal para desconectar, descansar y disfrutar. El lugar solo transmite calma.
Pros:

Es un lugar realmente espectacular para ir a descansar, desconectar y disfrutar. Lo amamos! Las instalaciones preciosas y se nota que cada detalle está muy bien pensado y elegido. Vamos para nuestro aniversario y lo seguimos eligiendo siempre. Las piezas preciosas, la cama exquisita y el bar muy lindo. El bar tiene de todo, los tragos muy bien preparados y la comida muy muy rica. Las pizzas son hechas en el momento.
El spa y masajes aun lo tenemos pendiente, pero no dudamos en que debe ser igual de increíble.
Lo mas destacable es el increíble staff que trabaja en hotel, todos muy amables, preocupados y atentos. Son realmente excepcionales.
El desayuno buenísimo, con cosas de calidad y frescas. El café de buena calidad, huevos frescos, la presentación del desayuno muy linda y variado.
La ubicación muy buena también, está cerca de todo pero no encima. Está a 5 min en auto del centro de santa cruz y muy cerca de distintas viñas.
Como tip, no es un lugar para ir con niños.
El lugar transmite calma desde que llegas hasta que te vas.

Cons:

Nada. Solo como detalle, la ducha se demora un poco en calentar y a veces se enfría durante la ducha.

Lindo lugar y excelente personal, aunque un poco caro
Pros:

El lugar es muy lindo y relajante, y el personal muy gentil. Nos ayudaron en todo momento, considerando que debí reservar el mismo día de emergencia. Tuvieron muy buena disposición con mis requerimientos. El desayuno también me gustó bastante.

Cons:

Pese a las comodidades y lo lindo del lugar, creo que el precio es un poco elevado. Por el valor que pagué esperaba un hospedaje con piscina temperada y caja fuerte en la pieza. También extrañé un restaurante o bar abierto en tramo más largo del día, pero cumple sin duda con todo lo necesario y más.
