Reasonably priced, clean and comfortable with friendly staff.
Pros:

The location is great, situated very close to two underground stations, bus routes and Hyde Park. Lots of food options close by including supermarket etc. We were able to leave our bags there before check in.

Cons:

Would have been good to have tea towels and face clothes provided.

La comodidad de tener todo cerca, sobre todo tiendas y tener cocina donde poder ahorrar dinero sin tener que comer fuera toda la estancia.

Cons:

La cocina esta justo en la habitación, y eso hace que quede el olor en ella y es un poco desagradable.

Bien pero habria detalles que cuidar
Pros:

Estaba en una buena zona, habia cocina y era espacioso

Cons:

Nos dijeron que teniamos servicio de limpieza ningun dia de los 5 que estuvimos, el tercero tuvimos que avisar para que nos cambiasen las toallas y nos diesen papel higiénico. Tan solo tenia una sarten, estaba completamente quemada y apenas se podia cocinar nada en ella. Para salir de un apuro estaba bien pero no podias hacer ni unos huevos porque todo quedaba completamente calcinado.

Situation au top proche Hyde Park et métro Queensway.
Quartier animé (commerces divers, change, restaurants) et calme en même temps.
Studio spacieux, très bon accueil et conciergerie au top.
Bon rapport qualité prix sur Londres!

Cons:

Décoration et mobilier anciens, un rafraîchissement serait nécessaire dans la pièce principale comme dans la salle de bain.
Appartement 19 immeuble 32:
La porte d'entrée en bois vieillotte du studio déformée par le temps.
Porte coulissante de la douche ne ferme plus correctement.

Pros:

Tenía baño privado y nos ubicaron en una habitación con dos camas por lo que se agradece y lo mejor de todo la ubicación. Calle muy tranquila y en la calle colindante dos estaciones de metro y mucha zona de restauración.

Los colchones eran de muelles y se clavaban y las almohadas eran muy finas

Pros:

Appartamento pulitissimo e accogliente, arredamento nuovo, con letto molto comodo. La struttura è dotata di ascensore, quindi non abbiamo dovuto fare rampe di scale con le valigie. La posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere le fermate della metro che si trovano a pochi passi, oltre ad altri servizi come negozi, supermercati e altro. Il personale è molto cordiale.

Cons:

Le pareti non sono insonorizzate, quindi abbiamo avuto difficoltà a dormire per via dei rumori esterni, specie a causa di chi soggiornava al piano di sopra, che camminava per tutta la stanza.
