Great location, building has potential, but no air con, was so hot, bed and sheets stained
Pros:

Location was superb, so close to Hyde Park, and bayswater and Queensway stations. Staff on check in was lovely

Cons:

Sheets had stains, bed bad stains, bathroom not deep cleaned, sheets not soft, lots of noise from upstairs, staff on checkout messing about on their phones, didn't speak at all. No air con, was roasting hot. Fire alarm missing completely no lamps so either the very bright light or darkness

Very recommendable and affordable location near Notting Hill Gate
Pros:

The place is wonderful, I was sad that I didn’t know about this property earlier. From now on, when in London I will always check this place first. Great location near shops, restaurants, Hyde Park and bus stations, with a nice terrace in front of the house, I would not be able to name what we were missing. We had a great stay

Is is a bit old, but the price is not expensive either. Maybe some teabags would have been nice

Pros:

The location was perfect and the utilities where great for the price we paid.

Cons:

There was no air co and it was 35 degree so that was a problem, I would avoid the hot period but except from that everything was great and the price was unbeatable

Five back and forths to the reception which is thirty buildings away due to booking issues by the property, room was acc

Once we eventually got our correct room it was pleasant clean and comfortable

Cons:

We had so many difficulties getting the right room, firstly we where put in room one but given a keycard but the room was in the basement which we where not told and needed a key not a keycard. Once we got a keycard for the room it was not at all as described by the photos and when we asked to change we where told it’s not possible and given a business card for the reservations manager who was the only manager I could talk to. Their phone was switched off and no manager was on site. Eventually after going back and forth a little with the receptionist (who was absolutely lovely) we got room no 9 which wasn’t what we booked but was suitable regardless. There was no key for the balcony for that room either which was a little disappointing.
