Le lit double avec les lits simples

The “Superior” triple studio differs from the photos shown on Booking.com. In reality, the terrace is very small and is enclosed between internal building walls. The first two images below are from Booking.com, followed by the actual photos.

When we arrived, we were assigned a room that clearly wasn’t the one I had booked. I went back to reception and another room was allocated, but the experience didn’t give me good vibes and felt slightly like we were being fobbed off. I had booked a room for three people, and the first room felt more suitable for a couple at most. The room we stayed in felt a little tired and in need of a refresh. Some members of our party also found the beds very hard and uncomfortable.

La reception si trova solo in uno degli edifici perció alcune camere sono collocate in edifici adiacenti senza reception.
Nella camera la porta del bagno non si chiudeva e rimaneva aperta. La finestra della camera era rotta, scorreva molto male e aprirla non era così semplice.
La tenda praticamente inesistente quindi entrava subito la luce da fuori al mattino presto. L’edificio non è assolutamente insonorizzato, si sentono tutti i rumori sia dalla camere adiacenti che da fuori.
In quattro giorni non sono mai stati fatti i servizi per la camera (pulizia, cambio lenzuola o asciugamani). Abbiamo chiesto la carta igienica che avevamo terminato per due volte, la prima volta ce l’hanno portata la seconda non ce l’hanno portata e oltretutto non hanno neanche risposto al messaggio.
L’unico aspetto positivo è la posizione, molto comoda vicino alla metro.

Had booked triple room with terrace but it didn't have one. Were in basement with bars on windows, not deluxe.
Staff didn't want to know when I asked about this.
Heating was on.
Noisy guests upstairs.

Cleanliness not great, electricity stopped working for a whole day and I lost practically all the food in the fridge, fire alarm kept going off just by using the toaster.

The room was tiny and awkwardly laid out. There was a huge glass table plunk in the middle of it, even as one person I barely had space to move or keep my stuff. The USB chargers were broken. No coffee-making facility. No hand towels, kitchen roll, Kleenex or dish towels. The kitchen sponge had hair on it. Although it was a bedsit style flat with microwave, etc. there were no wine glasses, no basics like salt/pepper/oil.
The main (street) door didn't shut properly; every time I went in and out it was open, which felt very insecure.
When I requested kitchen towels, etc. it took multiple messages to get them brought over.
Also the bed/pillows were uncomfortable; the linen was cheap and gross.
Basically, the whole thing was grim. If I'd been planning a longer stay, I would have left early.

This was our second time staying at this property and although I liked the room lay out better this time as was nicer having three single beds instead of pull out beds, we were in the basement this time, which wasn’t ideal. As we could hear every underground train that went through untill late, which in other rooms you don’t hear, so that did cause a bit of discomfort at night.

Room very small . No place to keep baggage . Bathroom is very narrow

Todo ok, aunque la calefacción no funcionaba pero no la necesitamos, sino hubiera ido a recepción para ver que pasaba. En la habitación de mis hijos si funcionaba ok.

The entire experience was awful from start to finish.
Upon arrival I was given a key to a basement room - despite booking a balcony family room. As I went back to reception to query this I was told that seems like a mistake was made but they don’t have any other rooms available so we’re stuck underground right next to the laundry room. The door lock system seems to be malfunctioning as on multiple occasions when entering the room the alarm would set off (for no apparent reason) 5 seconds after the door was closed. This happened not only to us but the people staying near us as we heard the alarm go off various times. In the morning the cleaning crew was essentially right outside our room which made us all feel very uncomfortable. The laundry room door opened right to ours and blocked half the entrance which didn’t seem to bother the person who stood in the door, again, not a great experience having to squeeze in right past somebody.
