Besser - vor allem das Personal - geht fast nicht!
Pros:

Super Hotel - für den Preis und die Lage - mit Garten und Swimmingpool mitten im Zentrum von Lissabon. Sehr gutes Restaurant und sehr aufmerksames Personal. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und alle sehr freundlich und nett. Werde wiederkommen!

Veldig Fint hotell med superhyggelig personale og kjempegod frokost

Superhyggelige folk, kjempegodt frokost og primær beliggenhet

Cons:

Balkongen var bare en fransk balkong som man ikke kunne sitte på. Det var bare plass til å stå og så liten at man måtte gå inn for å skifte mening

BEAU, BIEN SITUÉ ET PERSONNEL EXCEPTIONNEL

TOUT !!!! tout est super et surtout le personnel. incroyablement efficaces et sympathiques. nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation car nous avons déjà fait d’autres hôtels à lisbonne mais ici l’hôtel est petit, la déco est top et le personnel aux petits soins jusqu’à fêter en chantant tous ensemble l’anniversaire de ma fille au petit déjeuner avec un gâteau de une bougie.

Hotel fácil, localização excelente com equipe especial!
Pros:

Café da manhã ótimo, variedades, bem gostoso, horário 7:30/11:00 e hoje quando saímos cedo para o aeroporto tinha uma box com croissants quentinhos e frescos.
Equipe espetacular, prestativa, simpática.
Terraço do nosso quarto agradável.
Hotel fácil, sem burocracias, localização excelente!

Cons:

Pouquíssimo armário no quarto, travesseiros básicos, banheiro um pouco duro para um 4 estrelas. Faltou mimo!

Wish we had stayed here instead of our first Lisbon hotel. Rooms are good size for Europe. The welcome water and port adds a nice touch. Great staff!
