Amazing people in an amazing place!

Pros:

Staff gentilissimo, location alternativa di e trascorrere piacevoli momenti nell’area comune tra bar e ristorante. Peccato per i nostri giorni di pioggia altrimenti giardino e piscina sarebbero stati super!

Pros:

Great location, walking distance to main attractions and cool restaurants. Modern and stylish hotel, very friendly staff. Delicious hotel breakfast - they even noted my partner’s birthday and surprised him with birthday pancakes and sang happy birthday to him at breakfast, which made his day!

Cons:

Not a major problem but the room only had 3 plugs so we had to unplug the TV to charge our devices. Could also do with face towels and conditioner in the bathroom.

Os funcionários sempre prestativos e educados, a localização é boa e o café da manhã muito bom. A equipe da limpeza muito eficiente e educada! De todos os funcionários se destacam a Liliana e a outra senhorita que nos recepcionou no café da manhã nesses dias, sempre muito atenciosas, gentis e educadas.

Cons:

A saída foi um pouco desconfortável pois estava com minha mãe idosa de 76 anos e o rapaz da recepção nem se prontificou em nos ajudar com as malas e fora a falta de simpatia e cordialidade que destoa dos demais funcionários, que inclusive ao sairmos, eu não havia entendido o que ele havia dito, e ao pedir para repetir, o mesmo repetiu a frase na mesma velocidade que eu já não tinha entendido só que com o tom mais alto - eu mal entendi a frase, foi o que disse, nao era tom de voz. Inclusive precisa de um copo de água para minha mãe mas fiquei sem graça de pedir ao mesmo.
Além disso, o quarto não tinha secador de cabelo e a flexibilidade de check out later também indisponível - nesse caso tive uma urgência com minha mãe mas reservei outro hotel ( Turim) para poder atende-la .

Pros:

In een woord fantastisch. Super lief en behulpzaam personeel. Locatie is perfect! Direct naast metro ingang. Prachtige binnentuin met heerlijk zwembad. Klein stukje paradijs op aarde.

Very good value for the money and I would recommend it.
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. Location is great. We received a glass of wine at check-in, a hotel tour and some fresh pastries in the room. The garden is beautiful.
