Met friends from LA and had a wonderful time.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Liked the water and snacks in the room, and at reception.

Cons:

Shower didn't drain well. I have a drain like this. It needed to be removed and cleaned out. Also shower door did not seal at bottom so water filled bathroom floor. Hairdryer was horrible. It overheated on low setting immediately and I was not able to dry my hair.

Great stay in Lisbon, lovely hotel in a great area. Pools a massive plus.
Pros:

The breakfast was fantastic. The location was great and the AC was strong! The rooms were fairly well desgined though the bathroom door is fairly flimsy so hopefully your travelling with someone you know well! The staff were phenomenal.

Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen
Pros:

Sehr ruhige Unterkunft mitten in der Stadt. Der Pool inkl. Garten ist wunderschön. Man kann einen Städtetrip machen und gleichzeitig wunderbar relaxen, entspannen und abschalten.

Traum Ruhezone in der Stadt
Pros:

Der Pool im Garten ein Traum, Lage gut, Cocktails gut. Zimmer und Bett super, Frühstück toll, geht kaum besser.

Cons:

Badezimmern und eine dünne Schiebe Plexiglas- Tür, nicht wirklich zu gebrauchen

Wonderful hotel - central location, large room and great breakfast!
Pros:

We loved our stay at Hotel Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable (even the bed my son slept on was great!) and it was easy to walk everywhere! Breakfast was fabulous...buffet options and a menu you could order food from. We will stay at this hotel again!

Cons:

I don't think there was anything we didn't like about this hotel!

Gem of a Stay in Lisbon!
Pros:

Super location, just off Avenue Liberdade, dotted with a good range of shopping stores. Rooms were high on design and comfort, and with a very good breakfast. Supported by friendly and helpful staff, Enzo & Liliana!
