This hotel enjoys a prime location near the Century Bridge and the Cloud Library. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a delicious and varied selection.

Cons:

Our stay was marred only by inconsiderate guests in the adjacent room, who returned late at night, slammed doors, talked loudly, and smoked—the smell of which permeated our room.

It's a nice property. Close to many government offices and large companies. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. I liked the bathroom design. It was spacious and gave many options. The closet was also well-designed. I felt the luxury. The breakfast had plenty of options but mostly Chinese food and very few options for the international guests. The staff didn't speak much English or other languages. It was very hard for me to ask for my choices if they were even available. I liked the lobby. Plenty of seating areas and themes. If Hainan wants international businessmen to come, they better train their staff and redesign their menus.

Apart from the air conditioning everything else was excellent
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and buffet for dinner was excellent too

Cons:

The air conditioning was not making the room cool which made me not having a proper sleep. We asked it to be fixed but still it didn’t make it cool

Great hotel near century park
Pros:

Great stay at HaiKou Westin. Its near to lots of city flagship attraction by car. Easy to get a taxi from this hotel and its usually a 10min ride.

The hotel is by the century bridge and park which makes it a nice place for evening stroll and chillax dinning place are aplenty around.

Room is of good size with the amenities as expected of Westin- type hotel.

Enjoyable time in Haikou
Pros:

My 4th stay at Westin Haikou. Most enjoyable time there again. Good convenient location, friendly & helpful staff. Many amenities nearby, especially near the promenade at the river side. Will be back soon. Would be nice if there are some plates & cutlery in the room....used to be available previously. Also, maybe time to do some progressive renovation floor by floor to refresh the rooms.
