Habitacion limpia, cama cómoda, buena iluminación

Hay cucarachas entiendo que estén en remodelación pero se metió una cucaracha en mi mochila.

Me tocó una de las habitaciones renovadas y me gustó mucho
La cama súper cómoda
No me tocó nada de los inconvenientes sobre ruido y demás q mencionaban los comentarios recientes
Solo accedí por un costado de la “puerta principal” pero está igualmente súper fácil para entrar

Es un hotel en remodelación que no tendría que estar operando , polvo ruido de albañiles , no funcionan las chapas de las puertas , no hay limpieza en las habitaciones, pésimo todo y lo peor cobran como si estuviera todo de 10 !!! Tengo 20 años de cliente de éste hotel y no volveré !!!

El hotel está renovándose y todo está polvoriento, no se puede entrar a las habitaciones directamente porque las llaves no sirven así siempre hay que esperar a que te abran y a veces no están, los cuartos huelen a pintura y polvo,

O hotel está em obras, assim, a recepção causa uma impressão terrivel. O quarto tem um estilo retrô, mas o ar condicionado não funcionava, os lençois estavam puídos. O banheiro foi reformado, mas o vaso sanitario estava entupido, o que causou um enorme transtorno. Além disso, as toalhas do hotel estavam velhas e esfarrapadas. De dentro do quarto, se escuta as conversas dos outros hóspedes. Pra finalizar, o cartão/chave não abria a porta do quarto, e o funcionário teve de abrir com a chave mestra. Os funcionários foram gentis. Nossa estadia foi de uma noite apenas, pois já tinhamos outra reserva. Por fim, o hotel fica numa avenida super movimentada e barulhenta. Pessoal, não pensem que sou chato e exigente em excesso. O hotel é decrépito.

Excelente lugar. Lastima que esta en obra de rehabilitacion. Los cuartos quedaron excelentes. Sin embargo, el hidroneumatico hace ruido cada 10 min y en ka madrugada no deja dormir. Espero que busquen otro lugar que no afecte a los que pernoctamos en el hotel.

The hotel is under construction, but not regular construction, to the level on which we went to our room at 2:00PM on our second day, trying to rest of a long walk on the city, to found a cloud of drywall dust on the entire room.
We had problems beathing, so we couldn't rest and had to go out.
During the night the dust was not that visible, but you could smell it and see it over every single piece of furniture.

On top of that, they had no A/C, so you have to sleep with the window open on a room facing a busy avenue of Mexico City.

They most likely don't even pas a regular inspection, the Smoke detectors were cover, I guess to prevent accidental triggering due to the dust.

It was by far the worst hotel I been on my life. We didn't want to ruin our 3 days on the city having to look for another hotel on a busy weekend (OASIS was playing that Saturday), but they should close that hotel until construction is fully finish and should refund our money.

No A/C, door keys did not work, dust and plaster everywhere.

Entiendo que se estan haciendo adecuaciones al hotel y por lo tanto aun no esta funcional al 100%. Sin embargo, el sistema hidroneumatico es muy ruidoso. En la noche y la madrugada uno no puede dormir, al igual que el elevador mucho ruido. Ojala puedan arreglar esos detalles ya que el hotel en lo gral es muy bueno.

Not a good experience!The hotel is under construction! Construction dust throughout the hotel and inside the rooms, No A/C, no lobby or cafeteria. Unfortunately it was not mentioned at the time of the booking. It is an excellent area and the hotel will be really nice, after construction with a good staff, however it should be mentioned that the hotel is under construction, it was not a good experience at all!

Las habitaciones nuevas están geniales y la ubicación muy bien quizá hace falta al personal ser más servicial

The hotel was undergoing a lot of renovation so there was a lot of construction noise during the day. The lobby was under construction and did not look nice at all. The towels we were given in our room looked old and worn, and we were never given enough towels. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor and we always had to clean up a large puddle after taking showers.

NO RESPETAN LAS RESERVAS!!
Mi reserva tuvo un costo extra por pedir 2 camas (a pesar de solo ser 2 personas), al llegar nos dieron habitacion con 1 sola cama y no les importó que hubieramos hecho reserva desde hacia varias semanas antes.
Al llegar pedimos cambio y nos lo negaron argumentando que solo tenian esa habitacion disponible.
El baño estaba tapado, nos dieron un jacuzzi donde la regadera estaba en medio y sucio.
Habia cabellos por todos lados
Las cortinas estaban completamente desgarradas
Olia terrible la habitacion
Tuvimos que dejar el hotel ya que no nos dieron solucion alguna.
