Other than billing, I'll be back next year.
Pros:

I had a booking error with Booking.com. I was charged $213.00 for one night when booking.com would have been $104.00. I am military and there was no military or other discount at the desk. I came back the following weekend and stayed. Booking.com corrected the error and made the second booking $104.00. Obviously, I was at fault with fat fingers the first go-around, and I appreciate the courtesy. The staff at the hotel were as helpful as possible and polite during my first stay. Same at the second stay.

Cons:

I was just in for a night's sleep. All was fine.

Pros:

Trash cans outside the doors were overflowing when we arrived and the same when we left. Same messy mark on the elevator floor when we arrived and same when we left.

A very clean, comfortable stay. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice.
Pros:

Easy access off I-75. Quiet since it is on a hill above traffic. Gas station nearby to fill up and be ready to go in the morning. Very good restaurant within walking distance.

It served its purpose. Probably will choose another hotel in the area next time.
Pros:

Location was good. Room was clean.

Cons:

The TV situation was awful. Tv wouldn’t work then when we finally got it on a channel it would start changing channels by itself. So we gave up and turned it off. Breakfast was meh. Waffle was good, but the eggs were cold, not even room temp. Coffee was also just warm, not hot.
