Cons:

Reinigungspersonal klopfte am Abreisetag um 9 Uhr kurz und kam gleich ins Zimmer. Abreise war aber erst 12 Uhr 😳

Pros:

Brilliant customer service as I was arriving late and leaving early, clear instructions to get in and out, and everything prepared so that I had the paperwork/invoices early in the morning. Clean room, comfy bed and clean bathroom. Ticks all boxes for the night through Frankfurt.

Pros:

Сучасний досить новий готель. Персонал дуже привітний та уважний. У всіх питаннях ми отримали відповідь, не зважаючи на те, що наша англійська не дуже, а українською (і російською) вони не розмовляють. Парковка прямо за готелем, з неї є вхід в готель, це дуже зручно, бо прямо в ліфті можна піднятися на потрібний поверх. Неподалік аеропорт, але це не заважає. Поряд є частний сектор, там ресторанчики, де можна гарно повечеряти. Магазин Лідл теж неподалік. Сніданок ми не брали, але він є в наявності, потрібно до дев'ятої вечора повідомити, що ви будете снідати. У холі є куточок з кавомашиною і чаєм у пакетиках. За окрему плату, але все одно зручно. І гарячу воду можна безкоштовно набрати у свій посуд. Все чудово!!!

Das Hotel ist bestens geeignet um zum Flughafen zu kommen. Frühstücken konnten wir nicht.

Pros:

Der Herr an der Rezeption super nett und nur zu loben.
Sogar ein Restaurant hat er angerufen um mein Abendessen zu sichern.
Ich bin Stammgast bei meinen nächsten Dienstreisen.

Jag fick mycket hjälp i min nödsituation med en havererad bil, särskilt av mannen i receptionen vid ankomst. Boendet var jättebra men för mig var den extra servicen ovärderlig!
