Nada, uno va a un hotel bajo este nombre con las ganas de principalmente dormir y pegarse una buena ducha sin problemas
No había agua caliente y no se hacían cargo de la situación, un desastre
Mi hanno riservato il posto per la ricarica, come avevano promesso. Per compensare la mancanza di acqua calda ho caricato gratis (ma avrei di gran lunga preferito farmi la doccia e pagare la ricarica)
Mai visto chiedere una carta di credito a garanzia di una camera da 70 euro per una notte ma la cosa peggiore decisamente il non aver avuto acqua calda per la doccia la mattina. La gente va in albergo per due cose: dormire e farsi la doccia. Fosse stato un guasto improvviso potrei capire ma al check in la sera prima avevo sentito un signore lamentarsi per l'acqua ma ho capito solo dopo che fosse per quello visto che al momento del check in non mi hanno detto nulla, come se niente fosse
Pulizia, accoglienza, stanza essenziale ma perfetta per ogni esigenza, struttura molto bella esteticamente e presenza di palestra gratuita in struttura. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
La stanza non è sicuramente molto grande ma questo non era un problema per me. La doccia è a filo-pavimento quindi allaga il bagno, ma viene prontamente fornito un asciugamano/tappeto da posare a terra che viene cambiato ogni giorno, quindi non è un problema grave. Sicuramente non al centro di Firenze ma molto ben collegata con i mezzi.
La caldaia era rotta e non c'era l'acqua calda, nessuno mi ha avvertito durante il check in.
Inoltre il materasso era sfondato.
