Bien
Pros:

La literie confortable, établissement propre, personnel agréable malgré la barrière de la langue, très bien situé parfait pour notre séjour à Phantasialand.

Cons:

Les places de parking sont assez étroite et nous devons payer 5€ par jour pour pouvoir s’y garer, quand l’établissement est complet, difficile de trouver une place. Pour les chambres, des persiennes serait un plus et un petit frigo serait le top surtout en période de grosse chaleurs en hiver cela nous aurait sûrement moins déranger.

Ich konnte die Übernachtung nicht wahrnehmen, da ich sehr spät aufgrund von Zugverspätung anreisen musste, aber niemand über Stunden telefonisch erreichbar war und meine Anfrage für einen späten Check-in erst am nächsten Morgen beantwortet wurde. Trotz angeblicher 24h Verfügbarkeit. Kulanzregelung gab es auch keine und so wurde mir der volle Betrag als Storno in Rechnung gestellt. Sehr unerfreulich!

Die Klimaanlage war top

Cons:

Die Zimmer vor allem das Bad könnte besser gereinigt werden.

Die Toilette war sehr sehr eng, die Dusche hat unter der Glastür keine gummilippe somit stand nach dem Duschen das Bad unter Wasser.

Günstige Übernachtung am Rande von Köln
Pros:

Die Lage liegt günstig am Autobahn-Kreuz Köln-West.

Cons:

Wir haben auf das Frühstück verzichtet, Es erschien uns zu teuer.
Das Bad ist sehr klein, aber für ein oder zwei Nächte geht es.
