Come a casa
Pros:

Personale davvero gentilissimo e disponibile. Ottimo il parcheggio (su prenotazione), colazione varia e ricca. Posizione comoda a 2 passi dal Duomo e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico.
Camere spaziose e pulite, letti comodi. La piccola piscina è un plus - la palestra ha solo qualche macchinario cardio, non ci sono pesi.

Cons:

Accesso un pochino difficile per chi ha problemi di mobilità o bagagli pesanti - si tratta di un palazzo vecchio (ristrutturato). Ci sono gli ascensori, ma per raggiungere alcune camere bisogna fare alcune scale. Il personale dell'hotel comunque è sicuramente disponibile per assistere laddove ce ne fosse bisogno.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel, schlecht für Kinderwagen oder Behinderung.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war super, groß, geräumig, mit eigener Terrasse. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und qualitativ gut. Die Wellness Landschaft ideal.

Cons:

Sehr, sehr viele Stiegen. Mit Kinderwagen eine Herausforderung, mit Behinderung am Fuß unmöglich. Über eine größere Wendeltreppe ins Zimmer, leider hat da trotz Kind, Koffer und Knieproblem niemand geholfen!

Tolle Leistung in jedem Bereich zu günstigem Preis
Pros:

Top Lage, sehr ruhig, trotzdem zentral. Tolles grosses Zimmer, super gemütlich, nobler flauschiger Teppich. Sehr grosszügiges Gratisangebot an Getränken auf dem Zimmer. 1A Frühstück. Checkout bis 11.30 Uhr, einmalig, noch nie erlebt.
