Das Personal bemüht sich sehr um die Gäste. Das Wohlbefinden des Gastes steht an erster Stelle. Unser Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt - keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr heute. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und bot viel Auswahl an Aufschnitt, Käse, frischem Obst, Brot und Cerealien. Zur Neige Gehendes wurde sofort nachgelegt. Wir konnten kostenlos auf dem Hof vor dem Hoteleingang parken. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war etwas altbacken und das Mobiliar wurmstichig.

Be Aware this Hotel Lies in an Environmental Zone, You Need a Special Sticker to Drive to it.
Pros:

The quality of the rooms was fine and front desk staff polite.

Cons:

Nowhere on booking.com's website does it make it clear that this hotel is located in an environmental zone that requires a special sticker on your car to drive into. Nor did the hotel, in its communication to me, disclose this when we arranged for paid parking with them. We learned that a special environmental sticker sticker was needed when our GPS told us this on our way there. Since we had a rental car from another country that did not have the sticker, we were forced to try to find parking outside the environmental zone and take a bus to the hotel--which added a lot of time and stress onto our travels. I contacted the hotel for assistance on alternative parking locations and they provided no help. Had it been made clear by booking,com or the hotel that this hotel lies in an environmental zone, we would never have booked it.

Zeer goede ligging voor bezoek aan Augsburg.
Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzame medewerkers.
Een plaats voor de auto in hun garage aan zeer democratische prijs en de mogelijkheid om deze nog enige tijd te behouden na het uitchecken.

Cons:

Het gebrek aan airco op een toch vrij warme dag.
