The WiFi was down for 2 days, I came there on vacation. The phone was not working in the room, and it’s crazy because I stay at the cambria in Orlando it was really good that’s why I booked it here in Fort Lauderdale but it was just a bad experience for me

It was beautiful, the exterior and interior of the property was really nice and even the rooms were nice as well. I do like the constant communication to make sure we were comfortable, I liked their little cafe that served good food, and the pool and hot tub was great. The location was perfect, near enough to downtown area but not in it which I enjoy having two small kids.
You are required to valet your car which is $39 a night, I thought that was ridiculous. Also, we paid to rent their beach equipment like the tent and it just did not work, seemed cheap for the price. The bathroom was not running hot water, I could barely say it was warm- it got warm once and then went away. The sheets had a weird smell and there is a blinking light at night.

The bed's mattress was extremely bad and caused me severe back pain; I am still taking painkillers for the pain. I spoke to the front desk staff, and they told me the mattresses were new—only two months old. I had booked a two-night stay and asked for a refund because I didn't want to stay, but they told me it was too late and refused to refund the money. They still haven't returned the $172 deposit they held for the reservation.
I am requesting a refund; I was not satisfied with the service.
I absolutely loved my stay, it was peaceful. I enjoyed the staff, the location, the room, the space.....EVERYTHING!!!!

The hotel has a very convenient location. It is a quiet and cozy hotel with friendly staff.
Very nice and clean hotel.
We stayed on the top floor and the shower never got hot, just warm but warm enough to shower.
The main lobby aesthetic was nice.
The pool had a dead baby bird on the wall of the pool and the hot tub didn’t work.
