Housekeeping staff need better supervision. Restaurant staff should be fired.

I like the hotel have stayed before. It’s modern and comfortable.

Cons:

When I checked in at 8:30 pm, the restaurant had closed because they were slow. As a solo female traveler I did not want to go out late alone. The night manager gave me a menu for local delivery- he was nice. The room floor was dirty, and there were black hairs on the counter in the bath room. The iron had a burnt crust on it so I couldn’t use it. In the morning I went to make coffee and there were no cups. That morning I shared this with the GM and he gave me a free coffee, said they would clean the room, leave cups and an iron. That evening when I returned was the worse. Housekeeping had not been to the room and so my food from the night before was still there- as a good citizen I did not put it in the hall. I went to the bar for a glass of of wine. They were open but no one showed up for about 15 mins. She brushed past me didn’t acknowledge me, grabbed her phone and started to walk off. I spoke up and asked if I could get a glass of wine. She was clearly put out. She grabbed a glass- it was dirty, so she grabbed another poured and i signed the check. I started to the elevator and noticed the glass had food on the inside. So i went back, she was gone- 15 mins later when no guests were around I went to the same night manager as the night before. Explained the housekeeping situation, etc.. She was back so I went back to her and she said ‘Oh is the glass dirty?’ And proceeded to pick up glass after glass. Finally she took her 3 inch fingernail and scraped the inside of the glass then poured wine in it! I took it the the Night Manager and explained what just happened and he was mortified. He went to correct it himself- took him 10 mins as he could not find a clean glass or a bottle of Cabernet. This whole incident spanned about 45 mins. Just to get a glass of wine. Finally the next day I received housekeeping, but too little too late.

Pros:

La cercanía a la playa, a solo 2 minutos caminando. La piscina increíble. Amabilidad del personal y la chica del valet parking. Entregan toallas para la piscina y para ir a la playa. También rentan quitasol para la playa.

Cons:

El valet parking muy caro. Pero de todas maneras buen servicio y buena atención a los huéspedes, super rápidos y funcionaba perfecto.

Ecelente atencion desde que llegas en el vallet parking, sr Jaime y en la recepcion tambien las habitaciones super limpias estuve en el room 405 y 407 con balcon, la piscina super limpia vi que pasan en la mañana todos los dias a limpiarla, el restauran cafeteria; se desayuna muy bien todo fresco y buenos precias y la atencio de Lizy y oscar es genial, tambien el restauran en la tarde los platos variado y buenos y los tragos espectaculares gracias a julian bartender, en general todo el personal es super atento, rapido y servicial, tanto en ingles como español, es mi primera vez y quede enamorado, gracias a todos.

Cons:

Lo que no me gusta fue no aver tenido mas tiempo para disfrutar del lugar y que recomendaria que al area de la pool le pongan toldo y sombrillas para resguardarse un poco del sol, ya que hay horario en que el sol da directo muy fuerte hasta que pasa el edificio de al lado, y en ese tiempo no hay donde reguardarse, hojala la proxima vez los tenga, gracias

It was okay.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Right across the street from the beach.

Cons:

The water was warm but it didn’t get hot. We didn’t have a single good hot shower during our entire stay due to the hotel's energy-saving system. The receptionist informed me that it’s like that for all the rooms. We had to let the water run for 10 mins to have warm water not hot water. Also, we didn’t have an iron. The room had an iron holder and an ironing board holder but no iron or ironing board. Luckily we brought our own but still, why have it in the closet and not have one? I also didn’t like how the hotel didn’t offer complimentary water. It was 100 degrees outside that’s the least you could do.

Decent Stay with Pleasant Staff
Pros:

The hotel itself was really nice and the staff were pleasant. The location was good in the sense it was a very short walk to the beach.

Cons:

The AC was very loud and disturbed our sleep often. It also was a little hard to get the room to cool down fully. The pool was a little underwhelming but had really nice views. Our sliding bathroom door got stuck at the same spot every time making going to the bathroom annoying. The location was a mile from everything which translated to less than 5 minute uber rides or 30 minute walks. Not awful but something to consider.
