Wrong room type the pull out bed was disgusting and no one could have slept on it - so the i call to tell the front office the problem and after driving 15 hours and exhausted,
Had to argue with this guy about needing a place to sleep in the room i paid for as the pull out was unusable -
The disgusting pull out bed ,THE SMELL IN THE ROOM,THE attitude of Brian at front desk, and total lack of acknowledgement from ANY of management to correct the problem, OR AT LEAST ACKNOWLEDGE THE PROBLEM, AND apologize for at least the inconvenience TO MYSELF , and attitude of the staff, Brian at front desk- TO this day No one has even tried to contact me - i work in Hospitality and everything here has been, " How Not to Treat Your Guest" I should have filmed the entire experience and shown it to my Manager New Hires !

Somewhat quiet, safe.
Resurfacing my door over the course of a few days, loud, paint and debris was pushed into room. Facility lost power for several hours one day. No seal on bottom of outer door so sound, debris, bugs, was able to come inside.

Staff (Laura and Don) were amazing and super helpful! The room was newly renovated and it was really nice and clean. I would defineitly stay there again!

The room was clean upon arrival, and the staff were friendly and welcoming which I sincerely appreciated. My only concern was the air circulation in the room, which was very poor and made it feel damp and stuffy throughout the day and night, despite my efforts to adjust it. Overall, I was pleased with the cleanliness and the excellent service from the staff.
We love the room, but I wish it didn’t have carpet

Roaches in the bed and on the wall. We asked for a refund the very first day and was told no.
It’s okay the staff isn’t friendly and the noise is bad
