STAY AT BERESFORD ARMS- YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!
Pros:

Cute Victorian boutique hotel- staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Space was clean and nicely decorated. Great free continental breakfast every morning and complimentary wine/tea in afternoon. Highly recommended!

Definitely an experience.
Pros:

My group really enjoyed the historic building, original or period appropriate decor & great location central to go either direction to points of interest.

Cons:

Didn’t like the fact that we had a family suite that included & advertised three queen size beds (2in the room) other one being a Murphy bed in the living room. Though upon arriving in the room finding out the Murphy bed was screwed shut/non operable & only provided a single size roll out collapsible cot in its place.
Also pre warning to any other travelers the beds are extremely soft, some would say too soft, making it uncomfortable for some to get decent sleep. Finally the place is old & doesn’t have updated installation or double pane windows, thus allowing a ton of noise pollution in. Those not used to living in city areas will find it difficult to sleep as well.

Pros:

absolument rien, à fuir à tout prix.

Cons:

- situation géographique catastrophique : Nous sommes arrivées vers 21.00, rue pleine de sdf, zombies, drogués, personnes qui se sont promenés avec des châines en acier… ça promet pour la sécurité
- arnaque pour le parking: annoncé comme inclus, ils vous chargeront 45$ pour une demi-journée pour garer votre voiture dans un parking public juste à coté!!
- personnel très impoli: aucun service client ni savoir vivre (bonjour, merci, aide pour tenir les portes lorsqu’on est chargé aves les valises pour entrer!)
- petit déjeuner catastrophique : ca ne mérite mem pas le terme ‘petit déjeuner’ car uniquement des sucreries et aucun endroit pour s’assoier à part les escaliers et le piano dans le hall.
conclusion: à fuir absolument !!!

Muy bien el desayuno y la ubicación.

Cons:

El equipo de la cocina debe ser cambiado y los utensilios también.
La cama de la sala no se pudo usar porque tenía mucho polvo.
El abanico del cuarto estaba sucio.

Buena ubicacion. Un poco elevado en precio calidad
Pros:

Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y limpias .Vienen con una kitchenete. Está bien ubicado a pocas cuadras de Unión Square, es una zona de muchas personas que vivían en la calle (homeless)

Cons:

El hotel en general es antiguo, con olor a viejo en los pasillos.
