Short stay
Pros:

Location was good. Staff helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast was good and we also had complementary cheese and wine every day.

Comfortable, clean, and full of character
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, classic hotel. It has a charming old-world character with a stylish 1970s–1980s flair that gives it a unique atmosphere. The location is excellent—right in the heart of San Francisco, just a short walk from Union Square.
The hotel was impeccably clean, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a lovely view over the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel truly well looked after.
If you're looking for a centrally located hotel with timeless elegance, excellent service, and spotless accommodations, this is a fantastic choice. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Cons:

The breakfast was the only aspect that fell a little short of our expectations. While it offered good value since it was included in the room rate, the selection was fairly limited and consisted mainly of a traditional American breakfast with pre-packaged donuts, bagels, juice, and coffee. We would have appreciated a greater variety, especially more fresh and healthy options such as fruit, yogurt, or whole-grain choices. The coffee was decent, but overall the breakfast experience was rather average.

Family friendly was first thing i noticed we traveled with 3 children staff was very welcoming and helpful ..Loved the wine and cheese hour.Location was very close many restaurants small deli and stores.

Cons:

Parking was 67 dollars per night for valet and I wasn't paying that so parking was a bit difficult to find. breakfast could have been better. Only muffins and coffee tea and hot chocolate. But we had a kitchen so it worked out for us

We hebben het er goed gehad en zijn over het algemeen zeker tevreden.

Ik vond het een charmant en gezellig hotel, de oude stijl vond ik fantastisch.

Cons:

Het is wel wat verouderd maar dat hoorde voor mij eigenlijk wel bij de charme. De ontbijtruimte is klein en helemaal niet praktisch om te ontbijten.
