If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be canceled and the total cost of the accommodations will be charged.

All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds. Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish. For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days.

A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in. Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorization upon booking. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure.
A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. The bond amounts are as follows: - Studio/Suites with 1 bedroom: Up to AU $100 - Suites with 2 bedrooms: Up to AU $200 - Suites with 3 bedrooms: Up to AU $400 - Penthouses: Up to AU $2000 New Year's Eve: Pre-payment for the night of 31 December will be required.

You will receive an email from Meriton (within 2 business days) requesting for the payment, which will be required within 24 hours after receiving the email. Group Bookings: Please note that different policies apply for group bookings of 7 rooms or more. Overall was very good, if you have no rubbish to throw away
Pros:

Location, staff and amenities were perfect

Cons:

I was in room 1305, the garbage room outside 1302 was filthy, rubbish and pizza food scattered everywhere. Very dirty and disgusting.

Schönes Appartment in guter Lage, aber mit Luft nach oben

Das Housekeeping könnte besser sein, sowohl bei Reinigung als auch beim Nachfüllen. Wir haben urgiert weil nichts nachgefüllt war, daraufhin wurden uns ziemlich lieblos ein paar Sachen in einem Mistsack neben die Tür gestellt
