If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be canceled and the total cost of the accommodations will be charged.

All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds. Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish. For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days.
A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in. Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorization upon booking. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure.
A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. The bond amounts are as follows: - Studio/Suites with 1 bedroom: Up to AU $100 - Suites with 2 bedrooms: Up to AU $200 - Suites with 3 bedrooms: Up to AU $400 - Penthouses: Up to AU $2000 New Year's Eve: Pre-payment for the night of 31 December will be required.

Location, style and space
Reception busy and couldn’t contact them on the phone or by email, one bedroom door was locked and had to wait a while to use it, not enough towels ( later sent more towels)
The room layout was exactly the same as shown in the photos, and we were given a room on the 11th floor. However, several issues made our stay disappointing.
The toilet flush had very low water pressure, and I had to attempt multiple times for it to work properly. The shower pressure was also quite weak. Housekeeping mentioned that they had provided some complimentary items, so when I requested for slippers, I was told they would be delivered “right away,” yet no one came, and my husband ended up picking them up himself on the way downstairs.
The pillows were uncomfortable, and the quilt was dirty with no proper quilt cover, it was used like a bedsheet instead. The bedsheet itself even had makeup stains on it. The air conditioning didn’t function properly, as we couldn’t adjust the temperature at all. On top of that, I constantly heard water bubbling through the wall, which was annoying throughout the stay.
The walkway to the lift smelled really bad every time we passed through. I mentioned all of this to the receptionist when checking out, but I honestly doubt anything will be done.
Overall, my expectations were not met, and I feel like I wasted my money $725 AUD for 3 nights was definitely not worth it.

Rooms were very large and spacious. Air conditioning was fantastic. The location was very close to public transport and food.
There were no tea towels. Garbage disposal was leaking onto the floor creating a bad smell.
