Drift was a beautiful space that was so thoughtfully designed. The staff were lovely and the restaurant on site was great.

Drift San José del Cabo is a stylish boutique hotel that perfectly blends modern design with local charm. Just steps from the historic center, it’s the ideal spot for travelers seeking comfort, community, and authentic Baja vibes.

We visited Drift on a trip to enjot the Mezcal selections. We returned this time to stay, and enjoy the Mezcal selections. The weather did not cooperate this stay but we were treated great by the staff and we still had a wonderful stay. Just wish it could have been longer. And without a hurricane.

The hotel was nice, very boutique and comfortable. We liked hanging out by the pool, loved the food but especially the quesadillas at the hotel bar/restaurant and the Cabo coffee they serve is delicious!!
The kitchen staff were super friendly, the rest of the staff can benefit from the same smile and friendly attitude.

I felt so welcome and Zay is the best she is the best host I have seen in a while thanks for your kindness and support Zay I would love to come back to stay at the drift the cocktails and food was delicious I appreciate the healthy and tasty choices

Loved the quietness and the room's comfortable austerity. The air conditioning was great considering the incredibly hot, humid weather that was happening at the time.
The pool was perfect for me to cool off in and get a bit of exercise in. Almost no one else used it, so it was great.
Loved the location, perfect for good eating and art galleries all within walking distance even in extreme heat.

Alex helped my wife and me during our stay. He was very kind and truly tried to provide the best service, which made us feel well taken care of.

The hotel has a lot of positives. It’s located right in the heart of downtown, so we could easily walk to great restaurants and shopping spots. Also, the room was clean and stylish.

The only downside was the noise at night. There’s a club nearby, so it can get a bit loud after midnight. But the hotel provides earplugs, which helped us sleep better.

Small, quaint hotel in the heart of art town. Many restaurants and shops are nearby. Parking was close, but no parking at all at the hotel or on its street. Very large, modern but rustic, nice clean rooms.

Great staff and location! The esthetic of the establishment is very nice as well!
