If a pet has not been registered in advance and no suitable room is available on the ground floor, the hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodations.

-The maximum occupancy in a standard room with bunk beds is 3 people. This can be either 2 adults and 1 child (up to 11 years old) or 1 adult and 2 children (up to 11 years old) staying in one room.
