Warm, cozy, chic and conveniently located near major transit hubs.
Pros:

We loved the boho chic vibe. It was very clean, inviting, warm, and cozy. The early check-in option and free delicious coffee were huge perks. The room, view, bed, and bathroom all were very nice.

Cons:

Totally fine for a quick trip but still would have liked a convenient suitcase surface or stand. We had our things on the floor and one bench/chair. Obviously it’s a small room like all NYC hotels but maybe there’s a creative way to address this common complaint. I still liked this hotel enough to come back so it’s not a dealbreaker.

An awesome hidden gem in the Big Apple!!
Pros:

Absolutely outstanding hotel!! This place is a hidden gem and was a joy to discover. It is close to two subway lines, has lots of restaurants, a coffee shop, and shopping within walking distance. The rooms are lovely, with comfortable beds and really cool lighting. Bonus: getting free coffee from the cafe in the lobby every morning! The staff were friendly and helpful, and we had an outstanding stay here!!

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel. It was a great place to stay at and we look forward to staying there again the next time we travel to NY!

Fijn hotel, goede ligging, leuk personeel!

Modern hotel. Leuk, vriendelijk personeel.
Koffiebar, bar, restaurant en rooftopbar ineen.

Cons:

We hadden kamer 1102.
De hele dag en nacht hoorden we een bonkend geluid.

Le séjour à l'hôtel a contribué à rendre votre séjour à New York encore plus mémorable.
Pros:

Nous avons été accueillies avec une bouteille de champagne et un petit mot de bienvenue.
Nous pouvions demander au personnel du café ou de l’accueil de nous remplir nos gourdes d’eau.
Le personnel était très sympathique, toutes nos demandes ont été adressées avec professionnalisme.
Le rooftop est très agréable, tout comme le cadre de l’hôtel de manière générale.

Cons:

Les produits de salle de bain ont été changés avant même d’être finis. Cela fait du gâchis s’ils ne sont pas utilisés dans un autre circuit.

Goede ambiance op een toplocatie
Pros:

Bijzonder sfeervol hotel op een toplocatie.
Het ontbijt was tegen meerprijs maar was uitstekend,
evenals de goede cappucino’s.
Prachtige rooftop bar met uitzicht.
