Pros:

la chambre etait tres agreable, bon lit, peu de bruit.
toutefois j'ai ete tout a fait decu que le breakfast ne soit servi que jusqu'a 9h30. personne a la reception ne m'en a informe. Dans ce type d'hotel, d'ordinaire, il est servi jusqu'a 10h ou 10h30.
je suis donc arrivé a 9h30 pensant avoir le temps de dejeuner, on m'a informe de me servir rapidement et puis, tres tres vite, tout a ete debarrassé, m'empechant de profiter de ce moment si important pour moi

Trop de fautes pour un 5 étoiles.
Pros:

La situation était acceptable. Gentillesse du personnel comme partout d'ailleurs. Grandeur des chambres très bien.

Cons:

Problème de climatisation dans l'hôtel et odeur d'humidité.
Un manque total d'insonorisation.
Il y avait une fête dans l'hôtel dont le son se faisait entendre dans les chambres.
Pas de soins Wellness/massage.

Superb
Pros:

- Good location. There is a department store and a train station just next to this hotel.
- Wonderful facility!
- Room deliveries by a robot were impressive! You get a phone call in Chinese language when a robot reaches your room door.

Cons:

- Staff has not-so-good English proficiency. The counter can speak mediocre English, but others don't. Both you and staff should rely on a translating app to communicate.
- Noise protection of rooms was not impressive. I could hear noise from other room while walking on a passageway. Similarly, I could hear others in the passageway.
- Restaurant has higher price and bigger amount than the department store next to this hotel. If you alone go to a Chinese restaurant in this hotel, carefully select menu. Otherwise, you will have massive amount of food that you cannot eat alone.
- No soap for a bathroom?

Pros:

Location is near to the shopping mall.

Cons:

Breakfast shall provide halal food especially on the option for meat. Halal food can be eat by everyone.

Pros:

雖然有表達需要禁菸房，櫃檯人員也給了禁菸房，但入房時還是有濃濃的菸味，雖然後來有更換房間，有比較好。

但中央空調系統，還是有淡淡的菸味，或許可以以樓層方式管控。

整體來說，房間、風景、地點無可挑剔。還是會再考慮入住。
