Pros:

Hotel located at prime location and very near to tourist attaction

Cons:

Rooms are conjusted. Hotel did not provide free breakfast and mineral water or any other complementary service or foods generally provided by other hotels falling under similar price range.

Posizione eccezionale, proprio dietro il Taj Mahal Palace e adiacente al famoso Leopold cafe’..
Stanza molto piccola, ma lenzuola pulite, bagno pulito, asciugamani immacolati e acqua caldissima. C’era un frigorifero molto utile nel caldo di Mumbai. I proprietari alla reception molto gentili e disponibili.

Cons:

La nostra stanza affacciava sul vicoletto della cucina del Leopold, con un assordante rumore della cappa di aspirazione dello stesso. Nonostante la stanza fosse pulita, abbiamo trovato due grosse blatte. Mancava un bollitore per l’acqua, io gradisco sempre prepararmi una bevanda calda appena sveglia.

Near to Gateway of India and big market nearby. Locationally it was good.

Cons:

No complimentary water bottle, no night lamps for dim light. No shampoo / conditioner. Beds are too small like train berths. Overall, below average.

Pros:

The staff were nice and helpful and the room was clean and relatively modern. Nice to have good connection wifi and Air Con. The fridge was nice to have.

Cons:

This hotel is in a very busy area of town, so every time you leave you walk out into a full on market. The room is small, not much room around the bed to walk. It’s also a small bathroom so extra towels should be given to dry after the shower.

The location was great. The toilet was working and there was hot water.

Cons:

We only got two towels for two people, not even one towel for the hands. Most of the staff never said hello or smiled when we met them (some few were friendly), that made the place not feeling welcoming. There was so much noise at the hallway, we could hear the phones ringing all the time (maybe at the reception?). There was stains on the bed sheets. We stayed in different hotels in India during our 16-days stay, even with lower standards, but this was the most uncomfortable one. The smile doesn't cost anything, but does a lot for the guest.. The fridge was stinking so badly, that we could not use it!

Pros:

The location, the cleanliness is amazing of this hotel. As a 1 star hotel. This hotel is Amazing, if you want to be around the gateway of India, cruises, the Taj, markets. The hotel is located in the market. Mcd, Leopold cafe, bade miyan, all famous cafes are just outside the hotel. Loved our stay, so glad we booked this.
