Pros:

Awesome property and ambience . Food was fantastic . Everything was good except that the Customer Service did not deliver the complimentary fruit basket promised though we stayed for 2 nights .

Very enjoyable and comfortable. I will definitely return for another stay.
Pros:

Exceptional service from staff. Hotel was very comfortable and in a good location. The bed and pillows were super. The cuisine and service in the Malabar Cafe was first class. The Oriental Kitchen restaurant was also excellent.

Cons:

Room decor and amenities were a little minimalist for a 5 star hotel. Cigarette smoke was sometimes detectable near the elevators.

We had a late check-in at 11 pm, but the next day we kept getting repeated calls to check out by 12 pm. The staff seemed to be in a hurry, which was a bit disturbing. However, the breakfast was amazing, and the rooms and service were excellent. Overall rating: 8/10 😃.
