Absoluter Kontrast zu allen anderen Hotels in Indien
Pros:

Einfach alles! Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war einfach top. Von Europäischem Essen bis Indisch war alles dabei. Auch das Frühstück war überragend!
Viele europäische Hotels könnten sich ein Beispiel an diesem Hotel nehmen. Man wird behandelt wie ein König.
Der Pool ist sehr groß und alles ist top sauber.
Alles wirkt sehr „Clean“ von der Einrichtung her in der Lobby.
Das Hotel ist schon fast mehr als europäischer Standard

Excellent .
Pros:

Awesome property and ambience . Food was fantastic . Everything was good except that the Customer Service did not deliver the complimentary fruit basket promised though we stayed for 2 nights .

Very enjoyable and comfortable. I will definitely return for another stay.
Pros:

Exceptional service from staff. Hotel was very comfortable and in a good location. The bed and pillows were super. The cuisine and service in the Malabar Cafe was first class. The Oriental Kitchen restaurant was also excellent.

Cons:

Room decor and amenities were a little minimalist for a 5 star hotel. Cigarette smoke was sometimes detectable near the elevators.
