Great start to the Kerala trip
Pros:

We really liked the stay here - we came to Kerala for my Mum's birthday and they made sure to make it extra special, by decorating the room and providing a customised cake - a special mention to Miss Shreya Singh and Anudarsh for making it all happen and too humble to even take a tip.

Pros:

Прекрасный отель. За 6 ночей завтраки не надоели. СПА понравился не всем из нашей компании. А вот за ресторан Oriental отдельное спасибо. Ужинали там постоянно! Очень вкусно

Cons:

Проблема чистоты (полы, ковры, протирание пыли) во всей Индии. Десерты в лобби красивые, но относительно вкусные. Косметика в номерах посредственная

Hyatt made our inaugural trip to India an awesome & memorable trip indeed. Thank You❤️
Pros:

The management/staff & chefs will do their level best to accommodate to your request.
Mum celebrated her 80th bday and they decorated the room & bday cake that made mum the happiest person .
Chefs at Malabar cafe & Oriental Kitchen fulfilled our requests and it just made our trip enjoyable.
Spa session was great and relaxing.
Simply awesome ❤️

Wish that the hotel has an entertainment outlet or live band performance or lounge.
