Just fantastic this place saved our trip to the Trivandrum area.
Pros:

We loved everything about the experience. We had left the uday samudra resort in Kovalam after one night because the experience was so bad. What was promised to be a 5 star experience was more of a 2 star. We could not envision staying there for 6 nights, so we left after the first.

Everything about the Hyatt in Trivandrum was more 5 star. From the rooms to the staff to the food. They really cared about their guests. One say when they had no paneer dishes in their dinner buffet because they could not source paneer in Trivandrum that day, they made us tofu on request.

The spa was great, the pool wonderful and the gym amazing.

A peaceful and luxurious stay with exceptional service.
Pros:

Our stay at Hyatt Regency Trivandrum was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is in a great location, yet still feels very peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring. The rooms were modern, spacious, and extremely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere throughout the hotel felt luxurious and welcoming.

The food was excellent throughout our stay, but the dessert selection was truly amazing and easily one of the highlights. Everything was beautifully presented and full of flavour. The customer service was also outstanding — the staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile, which really made the experience feel special.

Overall, a fantastic stay with exceptional hospitality, great food, and a calm relaxing atmosphere that we would happily return to again.

Pros:

Brilliant infrastructure, amenities, buffets, staff....had a very pleasant stay

Cons:

We had communicated all details to booking.com....apparently the hotel wasnt intimated about the age of child....was a bummer...to arrive after midnight and to learn about the miss.....anyways the staff managed to make it very comfortable
