Das Check In Terminal hat nicht gut funktioniert und bei einem Messe Anreise Tag nur einen Mitarbeiter beim Check In ist nicht vorteilhaft, da hätten mindestens zwei sein müssen.

Das Innere des Hotel hat uns nicht gefallen, die Lage jedoch ist top.
Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum hätte sauberer sein können; Essensreste vom Vortag unter den den Tischen gibt Punktabzug.
Der Teppichboden im Zimmer hatte unzählige Flecken, was nicht gerade ansprechend war.
Das Zimmer ansich war nicht gerade sauber: Fensterrahmen, Klinken, Schalter von DNA der Vorbenutzer behaftet, Staub auf Ablagen und Lampen.
Ganz viel Luft nach oben. Wir haben es schon anders erlebt und hatten deshalb wieder ein Redisson gebucht.

Frühstück gut! Personal sehr nett!

Cons:

Sauberkeit war grenzwertig, Teppich verunreinigt, Handtücher im Bad teilweise nicht 100% sauber.
Self Check in und für den Preis generell etwas simple gehalten.

Top Lage, tolles Personal
Pros:

Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend. Die Lage zur Messe Halle ist bestens.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer und die Dusche sind durch die Stufe mit nassen Füßen unkomfortabel, das Zimmer ist relativ einfach gehalten.

Kahvaltı küçük bir alanda sunulsa da yeteri derecede çeşitli ve lezzetliydi.
Konum tren istasyonuna çok yakın.
Fiyat muadillerine göre uygundu.

Cons:

Otel seçmeye çalışırken dışardan gürültü geldiğine dair yorumlar okumuştuk. Ancak asıl diğer odalardan çok fazla ses geliyordu. Televizyon sesi ve normal tondaki konuşma sesleri duyduk. Ses yalıtımı zayıftı.
Rezervasyon yaparken biliyorduk ama odalarda yerlerin halıyla kaplı olması hem hijyen hem konfor bakımından hoşumuza gitmedi.
