Pros:

Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut, es gab auch ausreichend Platz und alles wurde regelmäßig aufgefüllt.

Cons:

In die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung und fleckig Teppiche.

Wenn Licht im Badezimmer an ist, wird das Zimmer beleuchtet. Warum muss das sein?

Pros:

Die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof und zur Mietwagenstation.
Die Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Der dreckike und total verfleckte Teppichboden in Zimmer 424.
Die Reaktion an der Rezeption auf meine Beschwerde: Es gab kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Ich zitiere: Das Problem ist bekannt, ich kann ihnen ein anderes Zimmer anbieten, das wird aber nicht besser, denn die sehen fast alle so aus". Auf meine Bitte den Hotelmanager zu sprechen, wurde lapidar geantwortet, der ist nicht da. Auf die Bitte ihn anzurufen, kam die Antwort das geht nicht. Auf die Frage wann er denn kommt, wurde geantwortet das weiß ich nicht. Nach nochmaligem Nachfragen wurde dann der nächste Morgen genannt, aber es konnte kein Uhrzeit genannt werden.
Am Abend in der Bar, hat der Rezeptionist dann sich an die "Geschichte" mit dem Teppichboden erinnert und als ich ein Glas Wein holte, gemeint "Der geht aufs Haus?" Ein erster Schritt.
Und trotzdem werde ich dieses Hotel kein zweites Mal besuchen.

Alles gut, aber nicht begeisternd. Es kommt immer darauf an was man erwartet.
Pros:

Zimmer gut, alles was man braucht, aber auch nichts extra.
Zimmer hat eine angenehme Größe und ist angenehm gestaltet.
Bett war bequem und gut.
Zimmer war ruhig.
Dusche war gut und Duschkopf angenehm einstellbar.

Frühstück: Frisch geschnibbelter Obstsalat!

Bar: Bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten für den Absacker, gut und einladend gestaltet

Cons:

Keine Wasserflasche auf dem Zimmer.
Hotel ist bargeldlos, aber man braucht zwingend das Kärtchen (ist nicht up to date).
Frühstück: Kein vernünftiges Rührei. Keine ansprechenden Brötchen. Ein frisches Bircher Müsli wäre toll.

Bar: Naja, Lillet wurde ohne Beeren serviert.

Pros:

Die gute Lage nahe des Hauptbahnhofes.

Cons:

Ich bin mit einer starken allergischen Reaktion aufgewacht und gehe davon aus, dass entweder etwas im Teppich war oder das Zimmer vorher mit Haustieren genutzt wurde, obwohl ich ausdrücklich beim einchecken erwähnt habe, dass ich allergisch auf Haustiere reagiere.
Daher werde ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr aufsuchen.
