Breakfast was delicious and was served at a generous timeframe; plenty of variety as well
Some of the facilities looked a bit worn, but none were unusable - just the looks of it. Might also want to have an extension cord if you're travelling with many devices.
This hotel needs to update its photos, its very run down, in a poor location and the communication from the hotel staff is terrible. We don't recommend .
We didn't arrive at our booking and we've had no contact asking why?
The breakfast is noodles or fried rice only
All the electricity outlet in the room is old type and you need a converter and there is only 2 outlet in the corners of the room even the water heater you should put it on the ground because it is far away from the outlet
The hot water in the bathroom only in the shower
The window not closed properly there is gabs the let mosquitos enter the room
All the rooms is the same with suites do not pay extra for suite.
Friendly and helpful staff, good ambience, delicious breakfast. Keep playing rock music during breakfast. It's great! 👍🏻
I booked King Suite and got room no. 356. Probably it is time to have AC maintenance, because it was a bit wet on the table in the morning.
the room is clean, room services are fast to respons and provide comfort food nusantara taste. the great place for stay while you have attend venue around jis or ancol. old hotel but comfy.

The stuff ia very kind by bring us an iron as I asked.
And tthey provide us with bolster. It's awesome!
What i didn't like about this hotel is there's only one electric plug to charge my phone. It was hidden behidn the sofa. :)
we're stayed 2 person in a room, and more than 1 gadget for every one, we need many plugs to charged all these gadget.

The hotel is a grand old hotel. Nice old design.
The front gate entrance is now on a major busy highway with no foot traffic.
The area has large shopping malls but most outlets did not reopen after Covid-19’s. not much in the area anymore.
