Pros:

Nice and functional room, good shower and comfortable bedding. We really like the location, locating in walking distance to mini mart, restaurant, public transportation. Staffs were helpful and efficient.

Cons:

Nothing really, we enjoyed our short stay over there.

Pros:

- Персонал невероятный! Проявил исключительное внимание к гостям. Нам лично уделили почти час времени, чтобы помочь восстановить учётную запись в программе лояльности.
- Обслуживание. Уборка в гостинице проходит практически нон-стоп, в номерах поддерживают чистоту в ваше отсутствие.
- В номере тепло и очень тихо. Не слышно шума с улицы или соседних номеров. Отдельно хочется отметить шикарную кровать и очень удобные подушки, причём вы можете выбрать подходящую вам подушку по мягкости.
- В номерах и коридорах нет запаха курения, номера не прокуренные.
- В отеле практически не было русскоговорящих гостей, что для нас является плюсом.
- Персонал хорошо говорит на английском.
- Завтрак в целом хороший, разнообразный. Яичница иногда была холодная, но я подогревал её в тостере )))
- Расположение — удобное, недалеко от центра и метро, но мы всё равно часто ездили на такси.

Cons:

- Вестибюль произвёл неприятное впечатление: маленький и не очень чистый.
- Недостатки в номере: в наборе туалетных принадлежностей не оказалось шапочек для душа. Также в номере отсутствует подставка для чемодана.
- Лифт без зеркал выглядит бедно и неуютно.
- В туалете неудобно расположен держатель для туалетной бумаги, об него легко удариться локтем.
- В помещении, где сервируется завтрак, было довольно прохладно и мало места - иногда приходилось подождать, пока освободится стол. Некоторые блюда, например, яйца, были холодными.

Good location, comfortable stay
Pros:

The location is great, walking by distance to central attractions and Stalin Park. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a range of breakfast options.

Cons:

I wasn’t able to get the washing machine to work even though I had Alipay, would be better if the machines didn’t require an app to work. The rooms are set at 26 degrees which wasn’t far too warm- the hotel cant fix this but they did supply a fan.

Pros:

- Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

- Way too hot in the room. Couldn't regulate the temperature. Had to move to another hotel.
- No water pressure in the shower.
- The refrigerator was not cooling.
- Smelly bathroom.
- Totally unkempt, outdated hotel with an absolutely exorbitant price. Definitely not worth it.
