B&B Hotel Frankfurt-Hahn Airport

Really convenient to Hahn airport. 30 meters from front door to airport. No food available just some machines in the airport. Had an early flight and no food was available either. Some machines but many were not working.

Make sure you get your room number and pin if you are checking in late.

Ondanks dat er een eetzaal was konden we geen ontbijt krijgen. De parking is ver van het hotel en onbewaakt.En je moet nog een stuk bergop wandelen voor je er bent.

There are no TV, no properly working Wi-Fi, no breakfast.

Es ist perfekt gelegen genau vor dem Flughafen.
Check in am Automaten hatte nicht funktioniert. Da ist aber eine Telefonnummer, angerufen und hat sofort jemand geantwortet. Sehr schnelle, freundliche und professionelle Hilfe.

Check in was quite hard and getting into the room was a lengthy process. Basic rooms and straight opposite the airport so can’t complain. Saw no staff at all throughout our stay so had no service but heard the cleaners hoovering. Ok for 1 night stay.

I stayed there to sleep before my flight. The floor on the bathroom had hairs, the water from the shower didn’t get warm. But the worst thing was the horrible noise at night, they have a problem with the air conditioner system. Even if it was turned off was making a horrible sound that didn’t let us sleep the all night. Then when we check downstairs were no receptionist to be able to ask for other room.

Filthy, Mildew in 3 rooms and No AC or Internet. Pick a different hotel for Hahn Airport.

A terrible experience arrived late at night check in system was a nightmare had to call emergency numbers to get access at almost midnight.

Breakfast included, however, no breakfast or staff available.

Frankfurt-Hahn is no longer nice. Flights have been greatly reduced, some airlines have left, leaving this hotel very lonely. We had a difficult time checking in because it was automated, and we could not reach anyone by phone for a long time.

No more breakfasts. Though we had paid for them and no refund yet from anyone, but I'll deal with that when we get back to the USA.

Staff was super friendly and we wish them good luck!!!

30 meters to airport. Room very modern, clean, powerful shower, nice view (of a carpark, but it’s a view), nice beds and pillows, nice size room, easy computerized checkin. I would def stay here again!

Sehr freundlich und sauber

Um Mitternacht per Flugzeit angekommen. Kurzer Weg aus der Halle direkt zum Hotel. Check-In über den Automaten ging problemlos. Allerdings verwunderlich, dass nach Onlinebuchung nochmals alle Daten eingegeben werden musste. Vor allem die Eingabe des Geburtsdatums über ein "Blätterfeld monatlich" hat so lange gedauert, wie der Rest der Registrierung.
Sehr gut geschlafen, keine Lärmbelästigung. Zimmerausstattung, Bad und Sauberkeit wie bisher in allen B&B aus Preis-/Leistungssicht super.
