Pros:

la propreté de la chambre, le confort de la literie, le calme

Cons:

la douche ouverte dans la chambre, l'esprit "gastro surfait" du restaurant. c'est bien de vendre du local, mais de la à savoir d'ou vient le beure, le pain... , par contre les tarifs du restaurant sont exagérés.

Exelente a todos los niveles. Amabilidad de los dueños. Una comida exquisita y un servicio de parte del camarero (muy joven) muy bueno. Tienen una carta de vinos en el restaurante que miman mucho. Y todo con productores locales.

Pros:

This was one of the most charming places I have stayed. The staff was extraordinarily helpful, but the real gem is the restaurant. While it has a limited menu, it is very high quality. And the environment is very welcoming, and it is a place where you can really enjoy having a pretty dinner, or after dinner, drink. Everything about it is simply wonderful.

Excellent établissement idéal pour découvrir Vieille Brioude et Brioude.
Pros:

Le décor des chambres, élégant et fonctionnel, le confort, même si nous avions choisi une chambre de base assez petite, le calme.
Petit déjeuner très bon (café, pain, viennoiseries) sans excès de variété, très bon accueil.
Restaurant exquis ! Vins d’Auvergne à découvrir.

Cons:

La rue en travaux qui gêne l’accès, mais l’hôtel n’y est pour rien et c’est temporaire.

On y retournera
Pros:

Un très bon accueil, on se sent très vite à l aise, une ambiance bercée par une douce musique. On se laisse guider pour goûter le vin et découvrir les produits locaux. Le repas est préparé avec soin pour une dégustation savoureuse.
