Angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem sauberen und modernen Hotel in optimaler Lage und ÖPNV Anbindung
Pros:

Frühstück war ausreichend, Check- in freundlich und unkompliziert, die Zimmer modern und ansprechend, Bad und Bett sensationell.
Die Lage war super, nicht direkt an der Reeperbahn, aber "nur einmal um die Ecke ". Treppe zur U-Bahn Station Reeperbahn in Sichtweite. Das etwas schrill bunte Design des Hotels muss man mögen, ich mochte es. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist fabelhaft, Auschecken bis 12 Uhr sehr gastorientiert. Ausnahmslos weite zu empfehlen

Pros:

Das die Frühstücksutensilien gut verteilt sind und nicht eng beieinander stehen. Das es mehrere Kaffeeautomaten gibt. Das Personal freundlich ist und wenn es Sprachprobleme gibt, weiter geleitet wird.
Besonders hat mir gefallen, daß ich mir jederzeit einen Tee machen konnte!

Cons:

Einchecken am PC , ich ziehe persönlichen Kontakt vor.
Als Alleinreisende reicht der Platz im Zimmer, ansonsten sind 4 Kleiderbügel (kein Schrank) und zwei Haken doch knapp.
Ein Glas anstatt Pappbecher würden mir im Zimmer deutlich besser gefallen.

Prima Lage, große Auswahl beim Frühstück, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gut geeignet
Pros:

Prima Lage, in fußläufiger Entfernung zu einer S-Bahnstation. Funktionales, ausreichend großes Zimmer ohne Extras, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt (2-3 Tage / Wochenende) geeignet. Ruhige Lage zum Innenhof.
Große Auswahl beim Frühstück, viel Platz für den individuellen Frühstücksplatz. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Die aufdringliche Werbung nach Upgrades (.... kostet nur xx EUR); die doppelte Belästigung mit E-Mail in Deutsch und Englisch. Der lange Text darin mit Verhaltensregeln und Hinweisen für die Benutzung des Hotels. Einerseits gut, zu wissen was einen erwartet; ich hatte sofort das Gefühl, hier möchte sich das Hotel exkulpieren frei nach dem Motto "haben Sie unsere E-Mail nicht gelesen". Ich habe ein Hotelzimmer gebucht und möchte keine seitenlange Erklärung, was alles nicht oder unter bestimmten Umständen vielleicht doch an Dienstleistungen geboten wird. Der interessierte Kunden könnte das doch auf einer Webseite nachlesen. So klingt es eher nach AGB.
