Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Bett bequem. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichlich und die Zeiten optimal.
Die Lage zur Reeperbahn und U Bahn unschlagbar.

Cons:

Das Kissen ist wie ein Luftballon. Wer bitte kauft so etwas ein, habt ihr darauf mal selbst geschlafen?
Wenn nachts ein Randständiger vorm Hotel gammelt und sich lautstark verausgabt, bekommst du kein Auge zu.

Immer wieder gerne
Pros:

Vom schönen sauberen klimatisierten und ruhigen Zimmer über sehr freundliches Personal , tolles Frühstücksbüffett ...einfach rundherum wunderbar.
Falls das Wetter mal nicht so mitspielt,kann man sich Regenschirme im Hotel ausleihen.
Es wird wirklich an alles gedacht.
Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!
Im August bin ich wieder da.

Die Haltestelle "Reeperbahn" befindet sich direkt vor der Tür.
Links vom Hotel fängt mit der Astra-Brauerei die Reeperbahn an.

nettes Hotel, MISERABLER Service - Vorsicht Geschäftsreisende!
Cons:

ich warte jetzt seit über 14 Tagen auf meine Rechnung - der Service des Hotels ist MISERABEL, es gibt keinen telefonischen Support (die so genannte Hotline legt einfach auf, wenn ich anrufe). Auf E-Mails gibt es keine Antwort.

Das Zimmer war sauber.

Cons:

Es gab gegenüber anderen Hotels keine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer und nur Papbecher bei einem gebuchten Comfort Zimmer.
Aus dem Abfluss der Dusche hat es gestunken.
