Bad experience
Pros:

We actually couldn’t enter the hotel.
They closed the doors at 9:30pm.
I was at a wedding and was going to arrive late. when I call them to ask if they could leave the door open or hide the key somewhere.
They just say NO. So I had to check-in another hotel. I lost the room and they never reimbursed me.
Very bad management.
And hotel.com can not do anything.
I think I am signing out of hotel.com.
Plenty of other travelling site.

Pros:

The food was tremendous and the hotel so quaint, quiet, clean and tranquil. For the price on this region of the country this is a very special place! I hope I have the opportunity to visit again.

Nous avons prit une chambre car nous avions un mariage à proximité. Le séjour a donc été très court mais la chambre était très bien .

Le personnel à l'écoute et sympathique.
Les chambres propres, fonctionnelles, correctes et tres calmes.
Le restaurant de cuisine thai vraiment bien et le petit dejeuner au top et copieux.
Par contre les prestations exterieures laissent clairement à desirer. La piscine est en fait un bassin habité par les grenouilles et les libellules, et ne donne absolument pas envie de s'y tremper. Les transats sont entassés et en mauvais etat et les matelas de plage sales et à meme le sol d'un simili pool house qui se degrade.

We did not stay in this hotel. We called expedia for another reservation and the agent told us he could not do that. We went to another hotel.
