My families safety was compromised. Our key was deactivated on us. The hotel had roaches on the hall walls. Our room wasnt cleaned and smelled like pool water.

BED BUGS IN BED

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
We stayed in room 103 on October 17th for one night in a 2 double bed room. My mother and daughter slept on the bed closest to the bathroom. Sunday afternoon, my mother developed a rash thst doctors confirmed were bed bug bites. The service was slow to check in and answering the front desk phone was very slow. There looked to be mold growing on the walls in the room near the ac as well. There was also an extra "resort fee" of $27 on check in that wasn't included in the room fee. There was also a sign posted saying that cleaning services are only as requested 24 hours in advance.
We also overheard another guest checking in whose bed was soaking wet and room smelled strongly of chlorine as they walked in at first.

Buen Hotel para descansar.
Pros:

Desayuno mejor de lo que esperaba, cafetera en el cuarto, venden pizza en El hotel, hay restaurantes y tiendas de souvenir cerca del hotel. El uber o lyft para todos los lugares turísticos costaba entre 7 y 13 dólares demasiado económicos. Tienen Tv smart en el cuarto. El hotel bastante tranquilo y la zona tranquila. Las señoritas de la Recepción muy Amables para brindar información y asistencia.

The rooms smell terrible! Not clean at all! There was water seepage in the wall! Even two weeks after my stay, I’m still suffering from an allergic reaction caused by the smell of mold! The breakfast was very poor.
