Pleasant Boutique Hotel
Pros:

The location is good, easy access to the beach via boat or a short walk, on the riverside with easy access to boat trips into the Mangroves. The riverside cafe is very nice, has a good menu and is reasonably priced. We upgraded to the Honeymoon suite which was well worth it. The hotel is very clean and has a nice lounge area that all the bedrooms are situated off and is finished to a good standard.

Cons:

Breakfast was not great, staff are lovely but not very attentive, service was slow and the selection of food on offer was minimal, we had to ask for tea/coffee. Evening meals were better with a good selection on the menu and the chef was happy to amend any meals if you wanted something changing. Water pressure is low in the shower and bath and it also took a really long time before it warmed up. The hotel is only 4 floors high, the bedrooms and lounge are on the 3rd floor with the restaurant on the 4th, floors 1 and 2 still need to be finished off but will make a beautiful shopping area when they have been.

One night stay to recover from our flight, nice food and breakfast, close to a pretty beach.
Pros:

Really friendly personnel, great breakfast at the river, close to a very nice beach which we had a boat service with the hotel.

Cons:

Nothing not to like.

Sehr empfehlenswert, auch unten nett zu sitzen am Bentota, kurzer Weg zum sehr schönen Strand
Pros:

Unsere Zimmer waren sehr schön und sauber. Das Frühstück ist, wie immer hier, einfach, aber es fehlt an nichts: frisches Obst, gutes Omelett, guter Kaffee. Das Essen im Restaurant war auch gut. Das gesamte Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, ebenso der deutsch-sprachige Chef und Manjula(?), der mit uns die bootstour gemacht und uns einen Safari-Führer für Udawalawa vermittelt hat. Der war auch top!

Value for money,comfortable and very clean room with friendly service.
Pros:

It is very saftty and clean location. Ample parking and secure location in side of the hotel for vehicle. Pool is very clean. Very nice location for coffee shop. Restaurant located in rooftop and nice view. Foods were delicious. Staff were friendly and coparative. Nice guidance for tourism attraction areas are nereby. Very clean room and bath room. Linen are very clean and new looking. AC also good and all promised things in add are available. Nice experience.

Pros:

Чистота, вкусно, отзывчивый персонал, все было очень комфортно! Месторасположение очень необычное: вараны, крокодилы, бурундуки возле отеля. Прокатиться на лодочке очень интересно! Недалеко на тук туке (или пешком) также отличный пляж для детей, где есть места и с волнами и без и немного кораллов!

Pros:

Просто удивительное место! Безумно вкусная кухня, идеальная чистота и персонал, с которым чувствуешь себя как дома. Действительно, персонал - просто главное сокровище этого отеля. Столько внимания, заботы и тепла мы нигде еще не встречали. Очень благодарны за наш сказочный отдых и медовый месяц. Уже скучаем и надеемся вернуться вновь.
