When we arrived, the hotel staff took forever to get to the front area, once we got into our room, black mold in the bat

Pros:

when I booked online, I paid for one day for two rooms we had to move to another job site. They charge me for the second day two rooms and we did not stay there. They were very unprofessionally. I would never stay there again so I paid for two rooms for another night that we never stayed there. The guy was not very nice to talk to. I’ve always had great experience with quality Inn except for this one in Bemidji I don’t know if I would ever stay again.

Pros:

breakfast was ok. It was the same as everywhere else. the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

advertise a pool and a hot time That was locked. They had the sign covered up and it said laundry. The room had a big dirt stain on the wall.

Courteous staff, clean, convenient and affordable.
Pros:

It was nice to have a breakfast provided each morning. Being on the first floor close to the exit and with uncarpeted floors made it very convenient for hosting our dog at the facility.

Cons:

While some cups and plates were biodegradable, there was too much reliance on disposable plastics (cups, eating ware) where compostables are available. The access road and parking lot were in pretty rough shape.

Pros:

I had an early morning flight. We wanted to be close to the airport since a big snow was coming. I had to leave before breakfast, but my husband enjoyed his breakfast after dropping me off at the airport. This location was ideal for us.

It makes life with early morning doctor appointments so much easier.
Pros:

The room was clean. It is close to the clinic where I had a early morning doctor appt.

Cons:

The toilet was iffy when flushing. A plunger was provided, so it seems there have been prior issues.

I would not stay here again unless there was no where else in the area.
Pros:

I enjoyed having a pull out couch for my kids to sleep on, that still had new plastic on it. Our beds had zipper mattress protectors which you do not see often in hotels of this kind. I like that we were able to login to our own accounts on the tv. I enjoyed how easy it was to check in/out of our room.

Cons:

The room itself was not very clean. There was a stain on top blanket that was unknown and unusable, we tossed it aside. There was mold all over our bathroom. There was a broken handle to get in and out of the tub. There was pink mold all over the tile in shower as well. The jets on the bath tub were not kept up with for cleanliness as we turned them on black chunks came flying out. There was a mildew odor that was covered up by a lysol spray on arrival, overtime that smell became very strong.
