I would definitely stay there on my next journey north!
Pros:

The room absolutely exceeded our expectations, the photos online do not do it justice. The beds were super comfortable and the room was larger than an average hotel room and very clean. The staff were amazing, so kind and helpful and gave us travel tips. The breakfast was lovely. Would absolutely recommend, excellent value for money!

Cons:

Not much to say. Yes it is an older style hotel, I prefer to call it retro, but it doesn't take away from the whole experience :)

Hôtel bien situé et calme
Pros:

Propriétaire très aimable et attentionnée malgré la difficulté de communication, le petit déjeuner est impeccable, l'hôtel est désuet mais très propre, l'endroit est très calme et la pizzeria à 100 mètres est à recommander.

Best value in Overhalla for fishing or stayover.
Pros:

One of the better accomodations in Overhalla area. Nice rooms and flexible breakfast service.
We were there for our yearly fishingtrip and had a good time.

Cons:

The Hotel is a bit outdated, but recent renovations has improved the overall impression.
Continous renovations will most likely improve the implression for the coming years

Pros:

Sehr freundliche Angestellte, sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Das ganze Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Vor allem die Teppiche in den Fluren waren sehr schmutzig. Das Hotel hat sehr viele Zimmer, aber es waren nur 5 belegt. Eine seltsame Atmosphäre.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin

Cons:

Heizungsregelung unklar. Im ob Bad funktionierte das dortige Raumthermostat; im Schlafraum augenscheinlich nicht.

The bed quite confy, the room was clean.

Cons:

Staff not top-notch, seems to discover the job
The room : you can hear the toilette flush two rooms away and the curtains are usefull to hide from the rabbits in the garden, but not from the midnight sun ...
The breakfast, if you are a early bird and you want to start at 7;00, not everything will be available at this time, They will arrive ... later ...
And last : the 3 poor fishs in a too small aquarium ...
