Pues es un 4 estrellas venido a menos, mantenimiento brilla por su ausencia, la puerta del baño hinchada no cerraba, polvo en la reja del aire acondicionado, no es propio de 4 estrellas, el buffet calidad justa...por lo menos pon jamón!! Que bien que cobran...para los extranjeros que buscan cantidad vale, pero calidad un 5 cena de 7 a 9 a partir de 8.45 empiezan a quitar la comida...sin duda bajada de calidad...hace 10 años estuve en un 4 estrellas en la isla...nada que ver con esto. Lo dicho para los turistas extranjeros que solo quieren comer y beber cantidad, vale ...pero está sobrevalorado, nosotros no volvemos.

Cumple para una semana de vacaciones
Pros:

En nuestra opinión la cercanía a la mejor playa de la isla, en 2 min a pie llegas a la misma.
El personal nos trató de 10 como si estuvieras en casa atentos,amables y si está en sus manos cualquier cosa que les pidas intentan satisfacer tus necesidades.

Cons:

Horarios del buffet (adaptados a los extranjeros alojados), Horario de la piscina (me parece poco razonable que cierre a las 18 horas), poca variedad en las comidas (eso sí dentro de esa poca variedad lo que ofrecen está muy bien cocinado y cumple de sobra para pasar una semana, además siempre tienes un par de platos que te cocinan al momento)

Friendly Staff, Clean Room, but Sunbed Issues

The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. My room was also very clean and well maintained.

Cons:

There were not enough sunbeds around the pool, and many guests were reserving them with towels before 9am, which made it difficult to get a sunbed unless you got up very early. I ended up paying an additional €18 to use a balcony area so that I could have access to a sunbed.

Unfortunately, my room also had no view at all. There was no balcony, and although there was a terrace area, there was nowhere to sit and enjoy the sunshine, which was disappointing, particularly when travelling somewhere for a sunny holiday.

Lovely little adults only hotel.
Pros:

Nice rooms. Good food with variety. Staff friendly and attentive. Clean and good maintenance throughout.
Coffee machine was available all night which is great for early risers. Shame there were no cups for the juice machine next to it.

Cons:

The smell of sewage which comes up through the toilet. Not the hotel's fault but we had to leave the window open at all times which made the air-conditioning less efficient.
The shower was not great either. Hardly any flow.

I do not recommend this property, if 0 was possible I would give that rating.
Cons:

Room was in disrepair, smell from drains in bathroom, shower floods the floor when using it, bathroom ceiling falling, beds not comfortable. I would not recommend this property, it is not at 4 star hotel standard at all.

Hotel carino, buona posizione, colazione abbastanza varia e ricca, ma pensata per lo più per un pubblico anglosassone. Piscina sempre molto affollata, anche se non essendoci bambini l'ambiente risultava sempre abbastanza tranquillo. Provato un massaggio alla Spa e devo dire che è stato TOP.

Cons:

Letto e cuscini scomodi, e la pulizia (sopratutto in bagno) un pò troppo superficiale. Tv con diversi canali ma non collegata alla rete, quindi senza possibilità di streaming. Wifi poco efficiente.
